I found it useful moreso when you use Solicitors that are miles away. You could update the ID section to include drivers licence as a primary ID source, rather than relying on people having a passport.

In general the app is very useful to those of us that can't always get into the solicitors and rack up those charges... However the mortgage process does need tweeking, if you already have a mortgage in place you need to skip the bank statement process twice before proceeding to capture the mortgage offer. We got there in the end ;)

Really good and thorough app. Was stuck on a little section, phoned up and the lady was extremely helpful and understood what I couldn't do. A few clicks later and my problem was solved.
Seems pretty slick overall. However there is glitch in the message service via app: the 'reply' box often doesn't appear during a chat session. This is obviously a pretty significant ux fail .
