Feb 19,2025Worked well even on my old IPhone SE. Would be nice if the first text message had a minimum OS needed for it to work. I have a very old IPhone SE (first generation) running IOS 10 but many apps nolonger work so I had to check out the website for if it would work ( website didn't say minimum IOS either by but did say it would tell me if my phone was too old & I could continue anyhow on another device if needed). Fortunately worked & even video happened ok.

Feb 13,2025I and my wife had to complete another FULL transaction , when all that was required was an edit in the property valuation !!! Instead of showing £225,000 it showed £225 !! All because your app doesn’t allow the comer’s ! You asked in the app for our phone numbers , so why not use them !! I suggest you get your act together as this important information and takes time !

Feb 13,2025I thought the initial text was a scam as I didn’t receive any polite notification to tell me what to expect! It did not say what it was for and I naturally assumed because it contained a link that it was a scam. I had never heard of the sender or of the app it was asking me to install on my device. Not very clear at all. However, once the confusion was over and following advice from a family member, I accessed the app and it was simple to use.

Feb 13,2025Two separate bank connections did not list the complete set of accounts, which made AML checks unnecessarily complicated to fulfill. In the case of savings account, only an old ISA with a zero balance was listed. Not ideal when you're trying to prove where money has come from. For current accounts, only those held in sole name were shown, so it was not possible to show funds movement via joint accounts. This can only be due to the way Thirdfort drives the banking APIs.
