Feb 04,2025The app is straight forward and easy to use. There was no issues. It's a bit awkward trying to take the selfie if you've no passport. Your either looking down at the camera or looking all wide eyed trying to look up. But all in all it's simple to use.

Feb 04,2025App wouldn't accept PDFs, had to take a screengrab of the photo and upload. Then, having uploaded all the info, my solicitor said there were anomalies and terminated our agreement. No reason from them or the app, just "computer says no". Having taken my personal data and correlated it with countless other items of MY personal data, the least they could do is be transparent about what exactly it is they're doing. I am not a money launderer, Thirdfort should be helping honest people, not presenting them as criminals because of their lazy automated system.

Feb 04,2025Excellent software until it asks you to link your bank. Then everything stops, as it won't let you, even though you have given your consent to allow the app in. Apart from that, everything is fine.

Feb 03,2025There was hiccup in submitting one section which was very quickly resolved by speaking to customer service. My screen text was enlarged and prevented me seeing the required option. All sorted in less than 5 minutes

Jan 31,2025"we don't recommend uninstalling the app or swapping devices whilst completing your tasks". Not surprising as it will fail if you do. Uses a third party cloud provider for logon verification. Looks good but i wouldn't use this App if I wasn't forced to do so. Looks nice but the most difficult identity verification app I have ever used. I suspect many people without appropriate background would find it impossible to use, e.g. even if you don't have a passport you still have to enter the wrongly named passport verification subfunction.
