Feb 13,2025I would give this app zero stars if I could. What they don’t tell you is that once you have uploaded your personal data and had your ID verified to their client (in this case a solicitor’s firm), if their client has decided to opt for their ‘ongoing monitoring’ function then you are precluded from having the information you have provided deleted, so it is held on a server somewhere until their client (and not you) decides they no longer need it. So, everything a scammer would require to steal your ID, bank details etc is sitting there ready to be hacked and you can’t do anything about it. They happily give you all the usual flannel about their ‘state of the art security’ etc, but anyone who thinks their systems and data aren’t hackable is dreaming. They are a major data hacking incident with catastrophic consequences waiting to happen. Do whatever you can to avoid.

Feb 12,2025Fairly straightforward. Some bits like proof of funds are clunky and don’t work as expected such as me wanting to provide proof of savings but thirdfort wants a payslip!

Feb 12,2025Having a lot of trouble with the app in recognising my passport. They are trying to help me so I’ll improve the score if it gets resolved. It’s been resolved. Very attentive and resolved by sending an easier part for the passport verification.

Feb 11,2025Matched me with 9 people wanted in the USA for a UK ID check? I'm not. Asked for ID not required under UK Government guidelines, paper bills which are now online accounts. Did not accept UK driving licence as proof of address as per UK Government code for address verification.

Feb 11,2025Having used this for our selling Estate Agent we then had to use it for the buying Estate Agent. The App doesn't remember any of the previous scans and information so you have to repeat the whole process, which is time consuming and annoying. Thanks to Thirdfort for their reply

Feb 11,2025Straightforward and easy system to use. I don't hold a passport which was requested, but it was straightforward to use an alternative source of ID.

Feb 11,2025Simple and easy to use app. There were clear sections to enter relevant information and provide additional documents of necessary. It would have been helpful if the app allowed for someone to save and return at a later time to complete the work. However, it was still a pretty straightforward experience.

Feb 08,2025Brilliant easy to use app. All instructions are clearly stated and easily followed. The stages are great as you know what has been completed and what is left to do. As a bit of a technophobe I initially panicked when saw the tasks but managed to complete with little problem.
