Feb 07,2025Pointless, used the service to do the ID check electronically to speed the process up. Provided evidence of my name change (ID in both names and marriage certificate) but this was not enough, so now have to send documents in too to be verified. Married women have changed their names for generations and now men changing and double barrelled names are common place too, this app should be able to cope with this. Edited to add: have now received a reply saying they recommend I add the evidence I've already uploaded and a separate request for yet more information to confirm I am a user of this product. This company has enough of my information and I will not be providing more.

Feb 06,2025Fantastic App! Absolute breeze to use. Easy stage by stage sections. I did struggle a bit finding our current years Council Tax Invoice...but we made do... As all photos are done as Selfies then left and right profile pictures were probably the most difficult section. As I had a scalp wound from a couple of days earlier and the ungainly posture one has to adopt for the profile pictures I ended up looking like Quasimodo! Nevermind! Vanity will get you everywhere. Excellent App and would hve no qualms about using it again

Feb 06,2025Pretty good. Better than having to drive and visit my solicitor in person. I didn’t understand the visual on how to photograph your passport. I then struggled with reflection as the passport has a natural gloss to it meaning it reflects. Anyway - we got there in the end. Thank you

Feb 05,2025Have used Thirdfort on numerous times occasions without issue. However, on this attempt I accidentally cancelled one of the tasks. I sent a message asking how to resolve this but the AI assistant was not understanding the query. I have no idea what to do to resolve this. However, generally a very easy to use app

Feb 05,2025Found it a bit ridiculous that despite having used it before I had to go through it all again for the sake of my property and then again for the ongoing purchase, it would not allow me to use the documents etc already uploaded 3o mins previously so had to do the entire thing again.
