I found the experience quick and easy to follow on my phone, even though I'm an old lady! I don't have a paper utility bill to show, so I used my passport instead and it was fine.
Once I got the link I was there and easy to sort it
Had a glitch with scanning but efficiently sorted once I managed to make contact
Ludmila was very calm and patient in helping me complete my Thirdfort review for Seldon solicitors. I wasn't able to photograph my passport directly so she gave me an alternative route and was very helpful indeed. Thank you Ludmila.
Like the idea not easy to use particularly with a newish iPad trying to take pictures is a nightmare.

Easy to use. Only issue I had was I skipped a section planning to go back to once I'd looked for the documents, it does not allow you yo go back, there is a section to upload documents but does not say you can upload the skipped section so I had to go to help chat. Sorted it quickly
I wanted to confirm my ID check had gone through. Tahira was very helpful in explaining the process and reassuring me I had successfully completed the process. She was very polite and knowledgeable.
