Initial thoughts were not good as waiting time to get through was over 40 minutes. On my 2nd time of requiring assistance straight through & my handler was excellent and efficient and put my mind at rest true to her word she did what she said and all was well

The Thirdfort process is easy to complete, and they have real telephone customer support if you need help. Given how many companies are dropping telephone support, and how bad chat support invariably is, Thirdfort get a great review from me.

Spoke to a helpful individual as Im busy in late 70s and savy. Information not helpful like NOT to scan passport on a white background. Deliberately scanned on a sky blue but no. Scanned on dark brown wooden kitchen table ! Person on the phone very hrlpful

Very easy app to use to verify identification. Took all the stress out of doing it! I did have to phone Thirdfort to ask a question - my call was answered very quickly and my query resolved by a helpful, friendly real life person.
The purpose was to verify savings, what has that got to do with my income! The gift amount comes from joint accounts, questions do not discriminate between single or joint values. You ask for my emplyment even though I have already explained I retired. You ask for additional income info. What has that got to do with savings already accrued!! The app auto links to all my bank accou ts, why would I link them! There are more mistakes or lake of clarification about this app. I just gave all my personal information to an app, what guarantees this info is & will remain secure.
This app is dreadful. I spent over an hour trying to complete the information requests for a house sale and thought I had finished only to be asked again 3 times to re-enter my wife's identity and address which I did. Then, to crown it all, the app wanted another photo. It took 10 attempts to get the first one uploaded during which time my wife was getting more and more frustrated. I Didn't dare ask her to go through that process again given the likelihood of it being rejected. So, I gave up on this awful app and asked the estate agent for another option that does not require me to take a photo of my wife. I am a very patient person and am well versed with IT but this app tried me to the limit!

Jan 28,2025The steps were easily followed and I had no problem carrying out the identity check, even though it asked me to do totally new actions for me as a 66 year old tech beginner. It was so quick too. It is the best way to authentic identity that I’ve come across.
