Jan 23,2025The application stops working after you log in to it more than twice. Once your phone is marked as suspicious, no amount of support from their team does anything, leaving you on ice while your tenancy agreement or another document is waiting and getting delayed. As a Cloud Architect I find this design really low in a quality and security sense. Do not trust those people with your data if they cannot solve a simple mobile device/number lockout or explain why your phone is being blocked over email or phone!

Jan 21,2025Best part was being helped by Tahira, v good and polite. Not happy with having to show a whole bank statement, and that was much the most difficult part with the phone camera (hence Tahira). Why not use driving licence for address check? Also list all the checks clearly at the start.
