The application stops working after you log in to it more than twice. Once your phone is marked as suspicious, no amount of support from their team does anything, leaving you on ice while your tenancy agreement or another document is waiting and getting delayed. As a Cloud Architect I find this design really low in a quality and security sense. Do not trust those people with your data if they cannot solve a simple mobile device/number lockout or explain why your phone is being blocked over email or phone!
I spoke to a lovely young man called Joseph, who was very helpful and explained the Docusign form to me step by step, with especially where I was stuck and couldn’t understand what to put down. Joseph had the world peasant with me and duty of care shown throughout
Hi, it was great using this thirdfort app. Very easy to use and each questions been was easier for me to provide.
Was very cautious of this to start,but with help from Emmet at customer support it was an easy process to follow.
Tahira answered the phone with greeting and dealt with my queries in professional manner and advised me and guided in the right direction.

Wants to reach down my underpants and check if I’ve been moistening myself with any non approved products.
When using the app if you don't have the correct docs, you only know when you have opened the relevant stage. You can skip but not come back to it.
I had a technical problem which was efficiently resolved by Joseph and Team.
Best part was being helped by Tahira, v good and polite. Not happy with having to show a whole bank statement, and that was much the most difficult part with the phone camera (hence Tahira). Why not use driving licence for address check? Also list all the checks clearly at the start.
More straightforward than I anticipated with clear instructions.
