Jan 21,2025Yes, all very streamlined in some respects. I do feel data-mined though. I was required to grant access to my Open Banking. Gulp. Seems like quite a lot to hand over just for a diligence check? I had to give a utility bill "less than three months old"; difficult to provide that in January. Screenshots bills are not accepted. PDFs are. As this is exclusively a phone app, uploading PDFs is a fiddle. So streamlined for the supplier, not so much from my end.

Jan 20,2025Not impressed. I have been through everything and I'm stuck on the final stage which say two proofs of ownership of the address - what happens if you don't own the property!!! I have already sent council tax proof of residence.

Jan 17,2025This app is the best I’ve ever used for identity confirmation. Easy steps to follow, saving each section individually means it can be left whilst you go off to hunt a passport or whatever docs are needed. Read the passport chip easily. My only niggle is the extreme flashing colours during face recognition. Headache inducing at best. Not encountered this on any other sites that need to confirm face matching & it would be great if that could be improved upon.

Jan 16,2025Worked well in the end although the idea that if I interrupted what I was doping, would mean that I had to go back to the beginning was not welcome. Sometimes people will have to interrupt what they are doing. There should at least be a short period where that does not matter. It felt like a very secure operation.
