The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. This is a really good service and enabled the identity evidence needed to be uploaded in a matter of minutes.

I found scanning my documents difficult as the app kept taking photos (of the table, the floor or anything else with half a document in view) before I had time to click “save”. It was also impossible to understand the instruction about scanning the chip on my passport, which was a separate issue to scanning the initial document.

1. it would be better if once you decided not to do one Option... if you change your mind you could go back and do it again. It told me i could not do it any more. 2. It would also be better if it was available by email.as then the documents could be uploaded easier from computer files. 3. It would be good for elderly people to be able to send thevdocuments by post. 4. It would be better to advise to download adobe scan so to get the utilities as a pdf as photos are not allowed.

As I had experienced a little difficulty in uploading documents, I was merely checking that I had completed the identity check satisfactorily. Joseph gave me that reassurance.

Thirdfort picked up another person with the same name in a court of appeal action, I checked & there was a 20year difference in age between me & the said person. As you had my passport & banking details you should have picked this up, but no reported to my solicitor who forwarded it to me to ask if this was me. Obviously this wasn’t me but what are you guys checking for?

Caitlin most of broken some sort of record how fast she able to reply and get an application across the line, right on time for hopefully a warm weekend ahead of us. Great customer service and response times.

- Very cumbersome process. - Should be able to complete via a laptop as that is where my docs are located. - Lots of duplication with proof already provided to my solicitor. - Should state which docs are required before the process is started. - Should receive a copy of my whole application. - ID check should be shared between solicitors. I hope I never have to use this app again.

I needed to download this app, but it wasn't compatible with my devices (smartphone and chrome book). This meant I had to use someone else's phone for this purpose, which was inconvenient, embarrassing and caused delay. My ex husband who also had to download the app (we are supporting our daughter in purchasing her first property) dies not own a smartphone, so had the same problem. I was given no choice, but had to use my passport (why not a driving licence?) which caused further delay. The app itself was straightforward, and customer services polite and helpful.

Could be really good, but as someone using it for business rather than personal transactions- please email as well as text - I am can then see it as a task to complete in my work email 2) give a list of documents required before you start so I can collect all in one go not once you have started 3) send reminders during working hours, not exclusively evenings and weekends 4) why do I have to provide the identical information to a second solicitor when you have already verified it for the first and both are using Thirdfort
