Apr 12,2025I was having problems loading photos so telephoned Thirdfort for help. I spoke to Tahira who was patient, polite and talked me through the solution. I was apprehensive about the verification process but would use it again with confidence.

Apr 12,2025This is the third time I have had to use Thirdfort. Every time I had problems with it. Especially loading passport and documents. This time I was astounded to get from the solicitor a document with 20 names on it, different genders, different ages, different formats of my name, all in the USA!!! I live in the uk. I am also extremely suspicious that my information is secure on this app.

Apr 12,2025Achieved so much so much more easily and quicker. I did have a problem trying to take a scan of my passport photo as it wasn't clear which way round to hold the phone or if I was supposed to take one page or two. I kept trying and it did work after many tries. I think the explanation could be clearer especially on this part of uploading though.

Apr 09,2025I am 75 and do not have a passport. I found the process to be extremely confusing and very frustrating. I hope I never have to do this again as it has taken all afternoon to get your app to accept and send my information and photos.

Apr 09,2025Very user friendly and intuitive. Easy to add passport, link bank account and add docs from phone. Star deducted as it is a little repetitive across multiple users (for the same transaction) it would be better if it recognised certain sections are only needed to be completed by one user (eg proof of funds - just tick ‘same as other user’)
