Sep 10,2020Timberwise Sherborne sprayed our house for woodworm and also gave us advice regarding treatment of deathwatch beetle. Both Steve (who inspected the property) and Justin (who carried out the work) were extremely friendly, informative and efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble - they went above and beyond, and the service was excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

If you think something has gone wrong with a job done by Timberwise and you have their 20 year guarantee, be warned you will pay £180 upfront for them to inspect it! Only then will they decide whether THEY think the problem is covered by the guarantee. If it's not, you lose the £180.

Jul 28,2020Polite, professional and efficient service from the first phone call to the Timberwise office (Sherborne), through to the survey and treatment being carried out. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable company with reasonable prices. Special shoutout to Keith Wilcox the surveyor who was very knowledgeable and gave us helpful advice and Justin the technician who carried out the treatment work in a calm and thorough way, despite the hot weather.

Jul 13,2020Timberwise has carried out a small job on a damp bit of wall in my newly purchased house. Everyone involved from the surveyor to the person carrying out the work has been very professional; they communicated well and kept me in the loop throughout. They left the room clean and did a fantastic job despite Covid throwing in some curveballs with limited finishing plaster available to complete the job. I would highly recommend them.

Jason was efficient, helpful and cheerful which made what could have been a very disruptive experience very straight forward.

Feb 17,2020The work done at our property was carried out in a timely manner with a minimum of disruption to our household. Norman White was courteous, professional and attentive to detail. His work was done efficiently and we were very pleased with the results. Each afternoon before leaving he cleaned the area he had been working in so that our kitchen remained usable by us despite a huge chunk of the floor being missing and no sink or water being available. He also co-ordinated very well with the plumber and electrician enabling everyone's work to dovetail. Keith Wilcox and his team were very helpful throughout, proving explanations and making suggestions. The bill was in accordance with the estimate and arrived promptly.

Sep 28,2020Will never use them again. We had a good relationship with this company until we had a problem. They subcontract out their work, and failed to take responsibility when things went wrong. Caused unnecessary aggravation and anxiety. We ended up having to pursue compensation through the courts which we successfully won. Avoid.
