If I could give zero I would. Worst customer service ever - do NOT order deliveries from this company. I accidentally entered the wrong address (my old address) when I ordered delivery, I immediately called TK Maxx to try to change the address and was told that this was impossible (literally 5 minutes later). They told me to contact Royal Mail to see if I could change delivery options there and obviously that's not possible unless delivery is attempted. In other words, I just bought a stranger a very expensive gift <3

I spent hundreds of £ every month at Westfield Stratford store. Last experience when returning stuff what was not right size for my son was awful. Staff made sure I waited for long time to do a return while looking at purchases as it was worn although it had labels and price tags on. When asked to check price for earrings I was told to go to other till where I found them to check. Worst experience ever.

I ordered rather expensive leather jacket on Bank Holiday Monday with free 5-working days delivery, it arrived on Saturday, very well packed with all tags and return form printed and attached. I am very impressed, the only thing I could ask is faster delivery but that's not what has been agreed in this order so I'm trying to be fair here hence full 5 stars. I paid 25% of the RRP designer brand price and about 40% of the sale price, so it's been a real deal for me and the jacket is unique. Well done

I think they're cracking. All these people moaning about prices and queues need to get a life. Never had any issues with them, Cambridge branch, and especially like the bargains to be had in the Home Sense part. Do my chrimbo shopping every year in minutes in store.

Today, we just experienced the stupidest thing. We bought a Roberto Cavalli watch in TK Maxx for £479,00, with a six-month warranty from TK Maxx plus two years from the manufacture . After less than 5 months, the date on the watch was not updating, and as soon as we tried to update the date on the watch, we noticed that the crown bottom wasn’t there and had probably fallen without us seeing it before. So we went to Tkmaxx Oxford Street, the original place where we had bought the watch, with all the requested items like the box, warranty and receipt. So the manager came to us and said that they could not refund or replace the watch because we adjusted the strap 🤨, of course, we need to adjust the strap as most of the watches come with extra pieces, and if we buy the watch is because we want to wear and to wear needs to fit our wrist. And in our case, we had removed two pieces one on each side, but she continued saying they couldn’t do anything about it. My only question was, WHAT A HELL DOES TKMAXX GIVE 6 MONTH WARRANTY FOR A WATCH IF ONCE THE CUSTOMER BUY AND ADJUST TO FIT HIS WRIST, HE WILL NOT HAVE THE WARRANTY ANYMORE??? Anyway, we know the reason they just gave us that stupid explanation because less than two weeks after buying the watch for £479,00, the same watch was half price £239,50. The manager told us she could not give a refund, but we did not even had request a refund, we only wanted to have the watch fixed or even replace it for the same watch. As it was an expensive watch, we asked the seller on the day that we bought if they could adjust the strap, and she said they don’t do that in the store, but we could do it in any other place without informing us that once we had adjusted, the warranty would not be valid anymore. An awful and very unprofessional manager from Tkmaxx in Oxford Street. We will not buy never again in Tkmaxx. The customer has no rights in Tkmaxx, bad quality items and the staff are untrained, not explaining to the customer the policy of the returns or exchanges.

Wozu bietet man Treasure-Treueprogramm an, wenn man die Geschenke nie erhält :( Ich hätte mittlerweile schon 2 Geschenke erhalten sollen und nie ist eines angekommen, auf Nachfrage, ob es eine Sendungsnummer gibt, erhält man keine Antwort - wohl nie verschickt :( Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Die Waren sind so lala, man verbringt viel Zeit im Geschäft, um wirkliche Schnäppchen zu finden.

I been having problems with clothes I order from online store lately, they arrive without any tags!! If it doesn’t fit , I can’t return them because there’s no tags or labels or anything, it’s like item already been worn. I’am not sure are they do that on purpose so you wouldn’t be able to return items or is staff doing terrible job and keeps ripping them off by accident, but I won’t be buying online again, tired of wasting my money, I honestly feel scammed

dziurawe, poniszczone ubrania i beznadziejna obsługa klienta Wczoraj chciałam kupić bluzkę, kasjerce odpadła metka, chciała więc przypiąć nową, bluzka z delikatnej bawełny , poprosiłam, żeby nie doczepiała, bo się zrobi dziura, na co ona- ale tu już jest dziura od zabezpieczenia. Chciała mi sprzedać bluzkę z dziurą, nawet okiem nie mrugnęła. Na moje pytanie, jak to się dzieje, że są te dziury, odpowiedziała, że od metkowania, i "to zależy od materiału". Sami niszczą sprzedawane ubrania, i doskonale o tym wiedzą! jak to się ma do napisu na paragonie, że należy zwrócić nieuszkodzone rzeczy? Gdzie w tym ekologia? Nie wiadomo, czy się śmiać, czy płakać, zero szacunku dla klienta, zero poszanowania dla firm, które te ubrania szyją, ergo- dla ludzkiej pracy. trzeba bardzo uważać przy zakupach i przy kasie po zdjęciu zabezpieczeń obejrzeć każdą rzecz I gdzie te wartości , na które się niby firma powołuje na swoich stronach? na paragonie widnieje napis, że zwrócić można nieuszkodzone rzeczy, ale one już są uszkodzone sprzedawane do tego niemiła obsługa traktująca klienta tak, jakby to klient im te dziury zrobił

I received my order on 15/08/23 and one of the items was smashed to pieces due to a lack of packaging and being squeezed into a box that was too small. I've since sent four emails and photographs to the customer service department but still haven't received a reply.

My nearest Tk Maxx is 1.30 mins away. Bought in June tried to return in August so past their 28 day policy. I have receipt and product in perfect condition tags still on. Will not even give a credit note or gift voucher very bad customer service

TK Maxx used to be a store where you could find attractive items for fifty percent off or even less. Sadly, now it seems that they're mostly offering inferior goods or clothes that are too expensive. I used to like it, but sadly that's changed. There's still a chance you'll stumble across something worthwhile from time to time, but at the moment it doesn't seem worth spending a lot of time sifting through their clothes in the hope of finding the right size and a good deal. It seems that major brands are moving towards self-distribution and TK Maxx is not receiving the same quality of stock as it used to.

AVOID!!! They don't work with the brands that they supply. I purchased a watch that broke within 2 weeks. They told me to send it back to supplier which I did. Sent back over 3 months ago. Supplier and TK Maxx want nothing to do with it, shifting blame and do not answer phone calls or emails. Make money out of stealing your property and will not refund or repair. Not legit. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I was buying a rug today from a shop in Fort Shopping Park, Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester and as I was without a car I asked for the rug to be prepared for transport by bus. My request met with understanding, and Ms. Janet was both kind and knowledgeable, for which I want to thank her and of course all the staff at this store.

Went to t k max this morning weds23 august to buy a memory box for my deceased father . After spending ten minutes upstaires picking one it had no orice on it so asked the girl on headphones To check it for us please . . She told us 19 99 I said bow does the till assistant know she said she’ll call up to me , so queued for about 10 minutes x When we got to till a miserable assistant called karen served us I explained if she called the price would be 19 99 she turned round and said no so soneo e tried to buy this last week it was 40 odd so I said I’ve jus been told 1999 she said Nothing , walked off still said nothing f spoke to a manager I and back and jus said wrong orice , isaid we’ve been waiting here 10 minutes have been told a price and you’ve jus said no …… the assistant was so rude and ignored me and walked away . I walked back and asked for names the service was a joke and no way would treat someone like that and. O empathy for losing a husband jus ignored us Disgusting ….. I work innext and no way would treat someone like that . I will ever shop In There again.

AVOID this company !! Purchased 2 suitcases for nearly £180! Then found out they were only 4.5% dearer bought direct from the manufacturers website !!!! Emailed the CEO but they didn’t want to know! So BEFORE you buy anything from TK check the retail price as the up to 60% discount on retail price promise could well , like ours be less than 5%!!!

Bought a big pan with a very stupid big sticker on the product. The stupid sticker is too sticky and unremovable no matter what method I use. I have no idea why they place the big sticker on the pan which is used for cooking and heating. Very angry and disappointed. As mentioned, already tried many method including warm water and wet wipe.

Absolutely abysmal experience with TK Maxx online order. I placed an order on 17 May - today is 21 August, and still hasn't arrived! Tracking info keeps telling me that "it will be delivered soon". Online chat is a joke, asks millions of questions but even for name and surname, when I type it in, it tells me "invalid"?? No-one is ever available on chat, night or day - what's the point of having one? Struggled to find an email address for them, if you reply to their emails, it says no response from this email address. After a lot of hunting, finally found their email address - only for a customer rep to reply with cut and paste telling me to wait another week - after waiting over 3 months? Never again, avoid like the plague!!
