Great prices. Always great to find a bargain, some sizing issues with my order but tkmax not to blame for that. Shame i cant search online with the brand name i want but otherwise a good shop everytime. Not sure about the reward scheme, doesnt seem worth it and i still have no idea what the keys are for. Some points for money off next time would be much easier
The assistant who helped me (Pheobe) at the Worcester store. Was super helpful and attentive. Will definitely shop here again due to the service I received from Pheobe.
I purchased a pair of sandals in June ‘23 and in August had to return them as the strappings had come apart! 2 members of staff were very dismissive of my complaint saying, once a product has been worn, it cannot be replaced, even if it’s faulty! After much conversation I asked to see a manager! Thank goodness she was a little more appreciative of my plight and agreed to refund ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ I need to check next time I go in that there are notices explaining that once goods have been worn, they cannot be replaced, even if they are not fit for purpose!
Attrocious mess in all areas, company wide Stores are disgusting, staff are rude, application process is attrociously complicated and the process is racist

TAMMY, in the Torquay branch, has been outstanding in helping me with my search for a memories album. She went over and above the service level expected. Always busily active in the store, her pleasant manner is evident in her work.
Habe dort Schuhe bestellt und einen Schrott bekommen, den ich nicht mal geschenkt haben möchte. Fehlerhafte Ware, die eigentlich echt nicht in den Verkauf darf! Rücksendung lief ganz ok. Jetzt warte ich immernoch auf Auszahlung der Rücksendekosten und laufe schon das 3te Mal da hinterher. Es nervt!!! Mein Fazit.... nie wieder und ich rate Jedem: kauft ihr dort, kauft ihr 2x also gebt n 10er mehr aus und holt euch von renomireten Shops ordentliche Ware mit ordentlicher Kauf- und Rücktauschabwicklung!
I won't be attending this store again after being served at the tills by the most unhelpful, aggressive and most unprofessional staff member i've met to date. As it is possible in any store it happened to be that there was a vase with no price so along with my other items I took it to the till, Once I was posed the question about the price of the vase the staff member became extremely rude who may i add already had a I don't want to be here attitude. Initially the price he found was for an identical item 3 times the size, I highlighted this point to him and said I'm not willing to pay £12.99 as I know that's not the right price for it, so out the air he made up a sum and said I can charge you £7.99 for it, I was puzzled as he had just made this price up, puzzled as to how a big department store was OK with this I asked did you just make the price up and was told very aggressively Yes this is how this store works we make the prices up, and threw the recipt at me on to the till. So naturally I asked to speak to a manager and was faced with questioning by him about why did I need to speak to a manager and as I honestly explained it was due to his rude and unhelpful nature he continued with his demina and told me to move from the till and wait in the que again to speak to the manager, in this time the manager over heard the conversation and took me to a side I explained the situation to her by which point I didn't want to spend another penny in the store, I explained the issues I had with the service I had just recived however the focus of the managers conversation focused on the item rather than the feedback given about the nature of the transaction. The point I want to make is that had your staff member been someone who was there to help and the manager be willing to listen to my actual concern I would have gladly brought the vase but i left the store feeling like I want to return what i had already paid for and this is the exact behaviour that leads to losing sales
Ich habe zum ersten Mal den Online Shop von TK Maxx ausprobiert und kann mich nur absolut positiv äußern. Bestellung, Bezahlung, Lieferung haben super funktioniert. Die bestellte Ware kam im angegebenen Zeitfenster , super sorgfältig verpackt bei mir an. Die Ware ist qualitativ hochwertig. Auf jeden Fall werde ich zukünftig den Online Shop öfter besuchen.
These 3 stars go to lewis in head office, he was amazing and was so helpful and I received an outcome that exceed my expectations! So thank you Lewis on head office. However the women I dealt with in Denton Crown Point store service is much to be desired. I brought a suitcase that was just within the year warranty to the store because on my 3rd trip on holiday it has fallen apart! Handle snaped off the second handle coming off, linning inside coming away so clearly not for for purpose! I was told in store that this wasn't something they would refund because it was airport damage, they spoke to me like I was thick and trying to pull a fast one! I mean seriously what do they think happens in airports that luggage gets placed gently!! I got told to contact manufacturers directly and was provided with info! Which isn't the manufacturers website but bike gear in USA! I rang head office and told them what happened sent photos and copy of my receipt and the money was back in my account within 2 days! People in customer services need to remember the customer has rights! I will not shop in Tkmaxx again
tk maxx - Bangor county down branch Returned from the cash machine to buy a pot, only to discover that the shop was closed earlier than advertised. Store is open to 21:00 but the shop lights are off and the doors close at 20:50. Was okay in the end as i bought a pot in Tesco instead. If you shop at this store be warned that they close earlier than advertised.
Ordered a trench coat which arrived with the belt missing, retuned to store. Then ordered again only to have it arrive with a hole in the back. Took it back same morning it arrived to my local Harrow store only to be met with a member of staff with a really bad attitude, asking did it come like this, insinuating I did it, why would I put a hole in a coat I really wanted and go to the trouble of placing a second order only to put a hole in it? Do you know what she did with it, she put an electronic tag on the coat to be put back on the shop floor and didn't even note the fault, no wonder I received two faulty items in a row. Not only that, but I didn't even get an order confirmation for the second order, which I queried as it was showing pending on my account, only to be told that the order must have been unsuccessful, which was incorrect since I received an email from DPD today to confirm delivery slot, lucky I didn't place a third order as I was going to do when he replied this - could you imagine, would probably have received a third faulty coat! Something is up with their website anyway since my email address and login details no longer worked, I even signed up again when placing each of the orders but still didn't work, anyway, it's good timing that I can no longer login to my account since I will never order from TKMAXX again. I have bought some great stuff from TKMAXX over the years both in store and online, but I most certainly will not be placing any more orders online or popping in to my local shop after this shocking and rude service, from start to finish both online and in store. I'm quite hurt over that woman's attitude towards me which was unjustified. Talk about driving your loyal customers away, good job TKMAXX.
paid for an order with paypal and the order was cancelled a few days later with no messages or anything about it just a partial refund I basically paid them £5 for nothing
Unfortunately I bought watches with discount because à golden brand after 5 month it doesn't work I shoud go to à watches shop for verify the problem and I bought also nice tracksuit and first washing is over. Becarfull with watches and tracksuit
I ordered a luggage from TK MAXX, and received wrong item (brand, color, size). It is impossible to get help via phone, number is always busy..... there is no automated voice message... Finally, I managed to get an email response, they guy reassured me that he will check everything and will be okay. I ordered new luggage (the same one). Asked him to make sure correct one will come. had to pay next day delivery fee as I needed it urgently... and received WRONG item again. impossible to get a response again!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. just unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Wathamstow branch is the worst tkmaxx ever ! Fitting room feels like border controls and make you feel very uncomfortable! Staff rude and not interested ! Security staff grumpy look rough and think they are some kind of special forces . The store is badly arranged ! Iv seen better setups in charity shops.
I ordered an item which took a long time to arrive. When it finally came the top I had ordered was cheap looking, shapeless, and a scratchy material. I paid £17.99 for it and decided to return it. I sent it back which cost me £3.99. Furthermore I was refunded only £12.99 instead of 17.99 that I had paid for I have emailed TK XX but have had no response. I consider this outrageous but do not know what can be done about this situation. I will never, ever buy anything from them again! I feel like they have committed a form of theft

TK Max Livingston Outlet - the most disgusting place to go - this place needs to be shut down forever . The staff is super rude , unprofessional , untrained . The manager Daniel needs to be fired today . This guy is really rude and unprofessional treats the customers with no respect . Closed this store and fired him

Aug 21,2023I love this shop. They are doing a fabulous job merchandising and sourcing inexpensive high quality items from top brands. Particularly their gold label allows me to purchases items for a fraction of the cost I would pay in European designer stores. Great selection for scarves, bags, and accessories. It constantly changes and I always find something new. (I'm dating this review as 'yesterday' but I go here all the time.) The only thing I don't like about TKMaxx is its gold card benefits. There's never anything good; seems mostly a staff perk. And I suppose that's ok as they are all really nice.
