My family loves it and I’m no.1 dad for getting it. I was impressed with both the service and the product from Wave. Highly recommend them.

Aug 21,2023All I can think at this stage is that this company is a scam. We Paid for a foam hot tub 3 months ago with a confirmation that it would be delivered in July. We have received zero updates and no one answers the phone or emails to provide an update. They were quite quick to take our money and since then I have heard nothing. Is this company even legit?

Aug 15,2023This should be zero stars but I couldn’t go lower. This company is an absolute disgrace to deal with. Their pumps break down after 3 months, their customer service is abysmal and there’s even a Facebook group for disgruntled customers of Wave !! Never in my life have I dealt with such issues and shoddy customer service. I’m intending to start a claim through the small claims court. Many have up having had their money taken by these cowboys but I’m coming for my refund ZOE !!! Edit - response to Tom…I’ve been waiting for Zoe to ring me because she’s replaced the first faulty pump you gave me and this doesn’t work either. I’ve been emailing her advising the new pump doesn’t work and BEGGING for her to ring me. STILL NOTHING.

Aug 10,2023Love My Osaka - but I find it shocking they will not sell me a new inner liner as I am out of Warranty. I was offered 10% off another 1k tub though nice hey! Awful customer service, effectively they make the liners to deteriorate mine is 2 years old, it is not a chemical issue. it is also inside a summer house. I did not want a freebie offering cash but no, so all I would say is be careful as it is an expensive tub especially if you cannot fix an issue that occurs after 6 months. They do have spares if you are in Warranty though. I can safely say this being my 2nd Wave tub it will be my last having upgraded from inflatable. These guys should be bending over backwards byut I guess in this current climate, a 1k sale is better than a £200 replacement. I have noticed lots of people with the same issue on here and other review sites so be careful folks! Update - A brilliant discount of 10% off a new 1k tub geez thanks for that offer. Like I said I am more than happy to buy a new liner but the fact you will not sell is terrible. Also there is no sunlight I can show you where it is housed, weird how there are so many reviews disagreeing with your sentiment. Your customer service is far from brilliant.

Aug 09,2023What a hot Tub. A bit sceptical how hot it would be and the bubbles but wow amazing-it’s our annual weekend thing to do to destress. Assembly easy, takes around 30 hours to get to heat and the chemical starter kit spot on. Overall great value and kids love it too. Many thanks Wave..😀

Aug 09,2023After a year of using an inflatable model which developed an alarming bulge, I decided that it was time for an upgrade. With the promise of increased efficiency, I chose the Osaka model and placed an order. The tub arrived a few days later and was quickly erected, single-handedly. Although the same outside diameter as our old model, there is a lot more room inside (700L v 1200L). Luckily the old quilted cover also fitted the Osaka for that extra bit of insulation. The tub retains heat better than the old inflatable so can be ready for use in a short time. The only downside is the pump which was initially very noisy but has quietened down over time although it is still slightly louder than the Lay-z-Spa model.

Aug 09,2023We have ordered a few accessories for our Wave spa, delivery is fast from placing initial order, kept up date with dispatch. The skimmer to help keep the spa clean from debris is very useful. The bubble floating cover helps maintain the heat in the spa, good value for money

Aug 07,2023I recently purchased a California spa that was faulty. Patrick from wave spas contacted me after I had left email and review. Patrick was very helpful and on talking to him he arranged an upgraded spa which has been delivered. I give 4 stars as I was told I would receive a returns label to send the pump from the California back to wave spa’s however I have not yet received this for a dpd return and the pump is packaged and waiting for same

Aug 06,2023DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Paid £1,900 up front, but had to wait FOUR months for delivery. 3 days after delivery, Wave called me to say the item was being recalled. A month later from that phone call, they still have not refunded me, or collected the 5 large boxes in my house. Service is exceptionally poor, and clearly product quality is compromised / unsafe as they need to recall them but cannot collect them. They have tried 3 times to collect the items, but keep making mistakes. Wave now want me to organise a courier to send it back because they can’t do it….! They take ages to respond to emails, and don’t show any concern or empathy for a customers situation. They certainly can’t resolve the issues. After four months of waiting, I still don’t have a Wave Spa, I have 5 large boxes blocking my house and £2k waiting to be refunded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON WAVE!!

Aug 04,2023After waiting for a delivery I was told it would be another 2 months, I cancelled the order and was told a refund had been processed. The day after, I received a dispatch notice for the original order. A fortnight later and I’ve not received the refund or the hottub. Just emails asking for reviews. So this is my review. Steer clear of anything on order from this company.

Aug 22,2023Love my tub. Arrived on time and have used it all Summer. The kids have loved it they even use it in the rain, sprinting down the garden and hopping in. I bought an inflatable so we can pack it away for the winter. I also bought a paddle board from the same company (we live next to the coast) very stable and we are taking it on holiday to Corfu. Great products and company.
