Aug 31,2023Wow I’ve always bought my hot tub accessories from wave but not their hot tubs well thought I’d try one and wow I ordered it came within 48hrs it’s now filling up with water as I write this it’s look amazing the quality is spot on the machine is cool u can fit your spare filters in the back of the unit can’t wait to try it but loving everything so far thanks yet again wave your doing a great job 👍👍

Aug 29,2023I would give 0 if possible. Pre ordered a spa months in advance. On week of delivery I was told it would be delayed another 2 months so I decided to cancel my order. A month after cancelling I am still waiting for my money to be returned!

Aug 27,2023Overall, for the price, I have been happy. However, one big design flaw of these hot tubs is the lack of a rigid cover. The flexible material cover will fill with rainwater/snow (and potentially collapse into the hot tub) unless you place the hot tub under a rigid roof. Every time it rains hard, I have to stand by to bail out buckets of rainwater from the top of the cover (we are talking up to 50 gallons!). Umbrellas are only so helpful to keep rain out, and you cannot keep them open during a storm. Wave will tell you to "put a beach ball" under the cover to make the cover more taut, but I can tell you this really doesn't help enough. It's also not a particularly elegant solution. Removing and putting the flexible cover back on it little bit annoying, but it could be worse. This product could go from a 4 to a 5 with a rigid cover, even if it is an add on option. The cover aside, it been easy to clean and I have spent many nights relaxing in it.

Aug 23,2023I have truly never been so disgusted and appalled by a company and their lack of customer service. I am a very patient person but this product has sent me over the edge. I have had my tub for 7 months and have only gotten to use it TWICE because it has been broken the entire time. Not only have I not gotten use out of it, but I've spent countless hours trying to fix it, cleaning it again, spending weeks on email chains with "customer service" who would reply once a week with the same copy/pasted messages and no real help. I spent months trying to get a replacement heater unit. Once it arrived, it ONCE AGAIN STOPPED WORKING after 2 days. I asked for a refund for the product and they told me they could not give a refund because too much time had passed. Well, if I had gotten the proper help 7 months ago maybe it wouldn't be too late? I couldn't even manage to speak with someone on the phone because the company has no real established phone number and instead calls from "No Caller ID" which my phone does not accept calls from. Today I shall place this product in the dumpster where it belongs. I am sick and tired of getting jerked around and wasting my time trying to fix something so useless. THANKS FOR STEALING MY MONEY WAVESPAS!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER REGRETTED A PURCHASE SO MUCH. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR A GIANT PAIN IN YOUR ASS.

Aug 23,2023Bought the Wave Pacific 4 Person Square Inflatable Hot Tub, a few months ago and just got round to writing a review now after testing it fully. Absolutely love it!!!! Worth every penny. Wave cust service was really good and super fast delivery. Thank god there is a company out there that actually does what they say they are gonna do. This hot tub has took some battering and it's withstood it all. No signs of wear n tear and I look forward to getting in from a hard day's work and jumping in the tub with the Mrs. Also thinking of buying one of Waves Sup boards I'm so impressed with this tub.

Aug 22,2023I was recently told about inflatable hot tubs to try and help my arthritis as I need something to help my relieve my joints and pain I’m in. I came across wave spas and for the price, my hot tub is amazing. Even for me, it’s easy to put up and maintain. As I have no hot tub experience, I have emailed customer Services on a couple of occasions with questions and they have got back to me straight away with the answers. I really appreciate all the help.
