Needed to contact the wegottickets customer service for some help and advice regarding a ticket I had purchased a a while back. I accidentally bought too many tickets and as the instructions say no refunds, I feared I would lose the money. However, I was able to get 2 of them transferred to other events, all done very quickly and efficiently, so many thanks for that.

Booked tickets to an event, but the event got cancelled/postponed and fair enough I received a refund for the tickets. However we didnt get a refund for their booking costs. So essentially we had to pay £8 not to see a gig through no fault of our own. Would not book through these again.

I bought tickets through this company for a show. We were unable to go due to Covid. I emailed to see if they could help and they have refunded me for the tickets. They got back to me really quickly with a very satisfactory solution. Very impressed.

An absolutely fantastic night. It must be like what a Taylor Swift show is like. I was dressed up in my best Lucinda Williams t-shirt and Robyn had a costume change - he changed his shirt for the encore. It's just there were fewer people and better tunes. Was able to speak to both support March and Robyn after the show too, And the busses worked for journey home.
