I was able to return a ticket on the day of a concert and get a refund once it had resold. It was all very easy and efficient.
Due to problems with my phone I was unable to find my tickets to a concert starting at 6pm. At 2pm I emailed the company and received a response with my tickets at 4.20pm.
I had never heard of WeGotTickets before but I will look out for them now! My partner purchased tickets for a gig a few months ago but an ill member of our party made us realise we shouldn’t go as we wouldn’t want to potentially catch a bug/COVID and pass it on. My partner was happy to write off the four tickets as all we want is for my family member to be well. It wasn’t about seeking a refund but seeing whether we could pass our tickets onto someone else so I suggested contacting WeGotTickets to see what could be possible. Their customer service team was wonderful. It turned out that the gig had a waiting list so WeGotTickets advertised the tickets with under 24 hours until the gig. Amazingly three of the four tickets were resold and a refund was processed. This meant my partner received most off his money back, three people got to enjoy the gig and the venue didn’t have empty seats. Thank you so much, WeGotTickets. In a world where ticket companies have a bad reputation, WeGotTickets bucks the trend and gave us tremendous service and care.
The reallocation policy was confusing as I wasn't able to reallocate my tickets on the website due to a cut of date that I was originally unaware of, but after their good customer service response explaining that they could do it at shorter notice than the website allows if you contact them, I'm altering my review. I still consider the named person system an unnecessary complication, especially as they encourage people to transfer tickets to friends and family, so I can't give 5 stars. But I'm happy with their clarification and offer of help. I only hope that they make it more obvious on their website in future.
Very poor we got tickets book your ticket take your money and when the show is cancelled with no explanation they only refund the ticket price ,they do not refund the ticket fee or booking fee which easy way to make money if you ask me ! Take a few pounds of each ticket easy money!!!!! Have red your reply and still think you are a rip off so won’t be booking with you lot again and neither will my friends!

The booking process for the show we wanted to see was very easy. Unfortunately, however, we couldn't attend the performance owing to illness, but We Got Tickets arranged for our tickets to be honoured for an alternative date. Their customer service, both on the phone and by email, was excellent.

I booked tickets to a local event, but 24 hours before the event, I needed to transfer the tickets to another night. I had read the F&Qs and accepted it might not be possible, but contacted the company. They replied within 5-10 minutes, despite it being later in the afternoon, to confirm the tickets had been transferred to the new date and an email with confirmation and tickets sent. The customer service was brilliant and I would recommend this ticketing company. A bit other ticketing websites can't act like wegotttickets.

I made a mistake when booking my tickets and accidentally booked double. I emailed wegottickets the same day. Tayla at wegottickets contacted the event organisers for me to ask if a refund was possible. They said yes and Tayla sorted the partial refund etc. It was all done very smoothly and quickly with great response time. I should add that it was for a relatively small event in a couple of months which still had most of its tickets available. I imagine it might not be possible with all events and venues but wegottickets customer service was great.

I regularly buy tickets for events using this site. It's super easy to use. They are great at communicating, should you have any problems and quick to reply.
