The worst delivery company there is. I am forced to use them through tiktok shop and they constantly dont scan and lose parcels. this affects my businesses sales and tiktok account health score. I will be doing everything I can to get tiktok to drop them as a delivery service. absolutely dreadfull.

Dreadful company, parent organisation of worst delivery carriers in UK. Unreliable, lying drivers, don’t follow delivery instructions and say they’ve been to your property when they haven’t. CS poutsourced to India by sounds of things, disconnect live chat and then act as if it’s your fault. Use every trick in the book to deflect you away from issues. EVRI in my area are the only exception to this company’s poor service.

I urge suppliers, do not use this courier company. I spent almost 2 months waiting for a package. Contacting Whistl is a nightmare. Like Evri and Hermes, they are the latest in a growing line of utter s h i t delivery firms.

This is a review of one of Whistl's HGV driver, experienced on the 26th August at 12.45pm. We were on the M60 just before the turn off for Worsley. This driver, registration KY21JTV was joining the motorway. He tried to barge his way in front of me, whilst there was a solid white line. I had full right of way but he was trying to intimidate me into pushing his way in front of me. Because I wouldn't relent, he blasted me with his horn and drove dangerously close to the rear of my car. I seriously suggest the management of this Company contact this driver of this vehicle to reprimand him. I notice there are some other similar reviews of this Company's drivers

This is on two separate items for delivery. The first one they haven't even attempted delivery at the delivery address. Instead they have taken the item to a Premier store. The photograph they provided is poor quality and darkened. Thinking its the local Premier two doors from me, "no" it's a Premier store somewhere!!! That is in total abyss perhaps and have no chance to locate. The second item was due for delivery a day ago. I recieved a text message with a time slot earlier in the morning before 9 am. Waited, update read attempted delivery unable to locate and gain access. Its ridiculous but I live in a busy residential and commercial area and not somewhere in the mountains. It's even on Google maps. The second attempt was for today. I had a text saying they are having difficulty if I have dog then please secure it and if its dark then put a light on... August the sun is bursting out of the sky. That was five hours ago. This is what puts people off Internet buying. This is the pits. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. They keep saying attempted delivery that are phantoms and same with tracking and messages.

One star is too many for this incompetent bunch of numbskulls. I have been trying for two days to track a very important document but the 'tracking portal' doesn't work and no-one answers the phone. Whatever they charge for this abysmal is far too much. Bring back carrier pigeons!

Blackwells are using Whistl to deliver their books, who in turn are using Evri. I gave instructions on the Evri app for a recent order to be delivered to a ParcelShop. I have had a message today from Evri saying that they tried to deliver it to my home address but I was not in (I was), and they would be returning it to the sender. I am not able to speak with anyone at Evri, either by phone or by chat, ditto Whistl.

Not a service complaint but an observation of how appalling your drivers are. This evening one of your Bristol drivers, registration KY21 JRU, missed my partners car by about 5mm. He continued to push past my partners car on three attempts until I signalled to my partner to just let him pass before an accident is caused. He was clearly in a rush and reading all of your terrible reviews I’m not surprised however this does not excuse driving dangerous on the roads. I hope this is reported back to the driver and appropriate action is taken. This driver should not be on the road and definitely not driving for a career. It looks like your company need to take a good look at your quality of staff as well as services!!

I ordered an item on Amazon and it got delivered by whistl. The actual delivery date is the 13th - 17th july. I'm literally waiting for almost 4 weeks and I can't track my order, since they so stupid and can't share the trackingnumber. Trust me don't order if it says "Whistl" or u might wait a month to receive your order..

According to the seller, via Amazon UK, my book was dispatched to me on the 2nd July, via the Whistl group. Since then I have been unable to get an update from the courier has to when my book will be delivered, if ever. The last contact I had was over two weeks ago when the email notification I received stated that the delivery was running late but was expected to be delivered by the 19th July. Still no book and when I input my tracking number into their system it does not recognise it. If I have not received by the 25th Amazon will give me my money back. Don’t use Whistl, or have any dealings with a company who does. Poor service is inadequate wording to say the least for this courier.

2 supposed attempts to deliver my parcel. First attempt was due Wednesday early evening, but ran into a "problem" . Second attempt was again due on Thursday, again, early evening but was apparently "rejected" by myself. Wherever they were, they weren't at my address. Totally inept.

Customer service is absolutely the worst ever. The person my partner spoke to was so disrespectful and dismissive. I wouldn't use this company again. I have actually asked for a refund of my product so it doesn't have to go through this company. Disgraceful. I would not have even given it one star but I don't have a choice.

Absolute joke. Parcel was passed on to Royal Mail (found out by tracking my parcel @ parcelsapp.com) but no actual tracking number. On whistl’s tracking website it just says “in transit” 6 times when it’s not even in their hands. If whistl is going to hand off parcels to other companies they should at least give you an actual tracking number. First and last time I’ll use them.

I expected delivery of the item by 8pm on a particular date. That time came and went and four more days passed and finally Whistl had passed the item to Royal Mail who finally delivered it four days late.

Whistl are just a sorting hub so once they pass your parcel to another company no tracking at all. Good luck with waiting for a parcel that never arrives

Very poor customer service. Tried ringing them twice, both times held on for 20 minutes and then phone goes dead! Courier attempted delivery, we were not home. All it states on the tracking is they’ll attempt again…. I’ve got 2 balls, neither of which are crystal… Delivery due coming Thursday, it’s Tuesday! No email from Amazon saying it’s been attempted today. Still says Thursday delivery on my Amazon account. Why do companies use these useless courier firms? No, don’t answer that, I already know the answer…. It’s because they’re cheap! Chirpy chirpy cheap cheap! Rant over. TIA.

L10023111044254516 My parcel was collected apparently on the 10th June to be collected from my local Sainsburys Argos, but as I can’t track it on the whistl site it has gone walkies!! It shouldn’t take 13 days to deliver a parcel, I can get stuff from china delivered quicker!! I got a full refund from eBay but it’s still not funny how you can’t deliver a simple parcel. I would give whistl no stars but it won’t let me…

Goods arrived at local depot 2 days prior to quoted delivery date, but no sign of goods on the promised delivery day. Tracking now says delivery for a week later. Depot is 8 miles from delivery address. Shocking is an understatement. And Whistl, please don't pass the buck about last mile, you are the carrier and responsible for any sub contracting.

Multiple items gone "missing" and never delivered. Yet when you track item it on their website it says "at depot". Avoid this courier at all costs.
