Ordered from music magpie on eBay never got package, when you track it says it’s at depot been sat at depot for 3 weeks. Think they just keep the packages

Three weeks for a DVD to get from Britain to Ireland (via Sweden). Ridiculous. Arrived in good condition, which is something positive, hence 2 stars. I've stuff arriving from China in that time, sometimes quicker.
Beyond useless 1* is generous. These Scammers definitely stole my parcel from musicmagpie funny I’m not the only one. Have reported these cowboys to eBay and the seller. Annoyed as was last item too. To any business or any person reading AVOID THIS ‘COMPANY’ (Thieves) LIKE THE PLAGUE. Shame on you. Rang up and less than helpful also…
Ridiculous courier arrangements for this company. Whistl get the package from the seller, (music magpie). Whistl don’t appear to do anything with it for several days when you get the message ‘running behind’. Then they supposedly pass it on to Royal Mail who when contacted have no trace of it and no Royal Mail tracking number? What’s going on? Sellers would be well advised to steer clear of this company if they want to retain customers!
I have waited in all day today and night.told it would be delivered before 8 pm Saturday 12 October in which I thought was odd 8 pm on a Saturday night.then told it would be delivered by 9pm.then it went back to delivered by 8 pm Used the tracker and it still says out for deliver at 9 20 pm.a complete shambles a ust time and last time I will use this company.i will contact amazon about this company. imo have told me lies about delivery
Totally pointless company. Seller (music magpie) hands over the package to whistl. They hang onto it for a few days then allegedly hand it over to Royal Mail. Two days later contact Royal Mail who have no trace of it. No Royal Mail tracking number. Just made up nonsense from Whistl. Why does the seller not just give it to Royal Mail themselves?
Put my order in with the company that uses you as a courier on the 29th Sept. 3-5 working days (maybe a little more they said) - fine - I’m not an impatient person - I can wait a bit longer. Skip to the 8th October - bin day - so I put the bin out by the road the night before - on bringing the bin back from the road - there was my parcel - absolutely soaking wet - god knows how long it had been there - infested with slugs and insects. Clearly they had shoved it behind the bin which baffles me seeing as I have a porch with a letter box which the parcel would have fit through. Maybe a disgruntled delivery driver!?? Poor show old chaps
Lost item, which was 13 days in transit (or rather it was handed over to the Delivery carrier and disappeared in ether).
Seller (Music magpie) sent item with whistl 25th September, 8 days later and still not received any parcel from said company, tracking stuck on scheduled collection and never updated, clearly lost with them. Thankfully got a full refund but really wanted the item in question so I’m miffed tbh.
Received a letter dated 18/09/2024 on 27/09/2024, Letter was informing me of my MRI scan appointment on the 23/09/2024. It contained important checklist and instruction to phone and confirm attendance for scan.
Even now SEVEN DAYS after I recieved my item Whistl tracking still says it's AtDepot so I think I can honestly say their tracking does not work. That's all I have to say about Whistl apart from their response below makes absolutely no sense at all so I assume it was written by AI or is an auto-response.
Had my package for 4 days now. No more further information and no way to actually speak to a human about this delivery. Awful company. Pigeon carriers would be faster!
This company have had a parcel since the 9th and still unable to deliver, don't even try getting on their website, which is automated nonsense.
Able to track parcel from ordering to delivery. Came when they said it would, delivered by a very nice driver from Kilmarnock and on leaving wished me a nice weekend.
Non-delivery of two simple items that would fit through a letterbox. Just... lost in space. Never to be seen again. eBay dealers - don't use these guys, Whistl UK Ltd - just see all the neg reviews - they desperately impact your status. Use a proper end-to-end delivery service like the post office/royal mail signed for/tracked/delivered by a RM/PO employee - not somebody in a beat-up monkey bike or suzuki baleno 28 days later - or, more likely, not at all? PS - the 5-star is a joke. Minus Zero star. Can I say corporate theft? For two lo value items. Really guys... you've got a reputational problem, big time.

I received two tracking status updates from your company on 10/09/2024 advising me that my order was in transit. An Post here in Ireland delivered it this morning. This was my first order from E.L.F. and my first experience with your courier company. Thank you very much for the fantastic service.
On 27th August 2024 at approx. 14:55, on the A75 heading east from around Barlae heading towards Newton Stewart, my passengers and I experienced driving that was quite memorable. The vehicle in question was a HGV, registration SN67 RXS with your "whistl" logistics company livery. The vehicle approached us from behind and came very close to the rear of our car while we were travelling in a line of traffic at around 50 mph. This continued for some time, and caused me to feel extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully I managed to stay ahead of the HGV rather than disappear under its front wheels. Eventually, the HGV overtook us when a second lane become available. The vehicle then drove similarly close to a small van, leaving very little space between them, and I could see the HGV's brake lights come on repeatedly as they tailed the van. I was taken aback at the way this driver was treating other road users, and it wasn't a good look for your company.
