Whistl is a delivery management company providing efficient, high-quality and competitively priced services across Parcels, Fulfilment, Business Mail, Advertising and Contact Centre both in the UK and internationally.
Had the email to say it was supposed to be delivered today but online tracking was updated to say “in transit delay” and hasn’t turned up. Their website is incredibly unhelpful and doesn’t say what this actually means and actively discourages you from contacting them or the company who has sent you the parcel.
Item to be delivered on or before 26.2.21 this was a present, sitting here on 4.3.21 still no delivery. Tracking not updated since 23.2.21. Contacted the company and no response. Now had to go back to Company I purchased from to find out where my parcel is and they said a response from Whistl will be 48-72 hours. Just not good enough, why say a delivery date when you have no intention of sticking to it and your website is hopeless

They have lost 3 micro SD memory cards,the tracking system is never updated,don't use this company,tracking number L1168911000055543001,whistl says royal mail deliver all packages,and Impress gadgets says track it on whistl post
I have been working with Whistl for a few years now and have been generally happy with the level of service. However, since having Victoria McAfee as our account manager this has improved massively. Victoria is incredibly communicative, positive and always ready to support, whether that be responding efficiently to a query or recommending incentives and opportunities.
Victoria is always quick to help with queries and is always has a cheerful and helpful attitude.
The company I work for have used Whistl for over ten years for mailing our Monthly magazine to around 7500 of our members. Always received a great service and my account manager, Victoria McAfee is always available should I need any help with mailing.
Having Emma on board is helping getting results and answers on queries. Whistl has definitely got a lot better over the last 12 months with communication and working with us. We had a few teething problems to start with in 2019 but seems to be getting better as we progress through the 1st quarter of 2021. Invoices are a lot clearer now too helping accounts pay more efficiently as you are adding our PO/Job numbers.

Victoria Macafee has always been very supportive and we have a good working relationship, problems are dealt with efficiently and quickly.
I star is just too generous. Tried them for two weeks and am pulling my hair out, already. Packages being lost and no stamps on some therefore are coming back to me and I'm expected to cover the postage cost. Packages often well over the 5 day delivery period, more often than not, by the time its gone through a courier. No guarantee all packages get posted from depo the same day they arrive either putting more time to the when it is delivered. More discrepancies than not on how many you've packed and so will over charge you! No compensation for lost packages or if they are returned to you if they forget to put a stamp on it. Don't be fooled by the tracking its of no use at all you can't use it it will only stand for 1 parcel not the box full up until it goes to the depo then no cover at all. It's been a nightmare from the beginning. DON'T USE
Order payed fore quick delivery and the order never turned up and no updates on tracking.
Generally pleased with the service overall - the only issues we seem to have is with temps drivers are used and our pick ups are not collected.
Great service from Whistl. As a long standing customer they have delivered millions of mail items for us reliably over many years. Great account management from the team!
We have used the company's hybrid mail service for a number of years and found it to be a quick and efficient way to send individual letters or bulk mailings. But during the pandemic it has really come into its own, allowing staff to continue sending out correspondence to colleagues and students while working from home. Despite the increase in volume generated by us (and doubtless other users), the standard of service has remained very high.
Brilliant communication and customer service. Whistl are not always the most economical DSA supplier, but price is not always the most important factor when it comes to postage. When you are talking about fractions of a penny per pack, service should be as important, if not more so, and that is where Whstl Excel.
