have just discovered that Woolovers is going to deliver my order by Hermes. I was sure hey used the Royal Mail which was one of the reasons I order from them. we dont like these huge heavy vans coming up our steep drive. It really isn't safe. Royal mail delivers things more safely in a sensible sized van. is there any way in future that I can choose Royal Mail please.
Ordered XL long cashmere cardigan in teal. The open one with no buttons or pockets. It is beautifully soft and definitely large enough. I would just say that the cardigan is blue rather than teal. It is not the same colour as on the website. I will keep it as it feels luxurious but I don’t usually wear blues, I wanted a green-blue.
Habe schon sehr viele Sachen hier bestellt und bin mit der Ware (Material und Größe) sehr zufrieden. Die Farben und Form sind auch nach mehreren Wäschen noch prima, es "labbert" nichts aus. Mit Rücksendungen habe ich noch keine Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich bestelle auf jedenfall weiterhin bei WoolOvers!
Cashmere boatneck women’s tunic/jumper is so wonderfully soft and the soft pink is beautiful. It came overseas & was delivered much sooner than I could have hoped for. Sizing is true. I appreciate care instructions showing it doesn’t have to be dry-cleaned.

Ich finde schon die 10 Euro Versandkosten überhöht, aber dass man für die Rücksendung auch noch selbst bezahlen muss, ist unerhört. Der Pullover ist ok, wenn auch etwas kurz für Größe L. Über die Qualität kann ich mir nach 1x Tragen noch kein Urteil erlauben. Dass dieser Artikel aus reiner Wolle, verkauft als 'British', aus dem Plastikland China kommt, hat mich im Nachhinein auch ziemlich schockiert.

Ordered a mint green aran cable pure wool jumper got it in 2 days absolutely gorgeous very friendly staff on phone highly recommend them.
Very disappointed as a much harsher knit than anticipated so I’ll return. They charge £4.50 for very small, light parcelthen expect you to pay for returns. I won’t use again.

Ordered on Sunday, all of my order had been delivered by Tuesday morning. Beautiful quality clothing made of fair trade, organic cotton for great prices! Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
I ordered a sweater while we were out of town. When we returned, we looked at the sweater casually and did not notice the 6 inch hole in the side seam. We discovered it after the window for returns closed. Customer service will do nothing. I’d expect this if we simply didn’t like the sweater, but to have such a large quality defect, I’d expect them to make an exception.
The dress ordered for my wife turned out to be not to her liking when she tried it on. WoolOvers made it incredibly easy to return it for a refund. We will certainly continue to purchase from WoolOvers.

i would avoid using Woolovers who use Evri. We had ordered 3 previous orders without problem. This time it showed the parcel next day delivery was delivered. When I got home no parcel. When I checked our cctv cameras no courier had been here. Evri telling me are you sure you don't have it. Contacted Woolovers who told me to check if we had it. I looked everywhere. No apology or nothing called a third time to be told the courier had returned the parcel funny that is not it. Despite saying they had delivered it. If you order with them use via royal mail. We won't be using them again despite my mother liking them as no apology or nothing. Very unprofessional
I ordered a pill comb from Woolovers. Approx size 60x60mm. It came in a brown paper bag approx 400x400mm a bag large enough for a dozen of these combs. What an absolute joke when Woolovers tell everyone about their environmental sustainability. I shan't be doing that again.
