Oct 10,2024Navy cashmere and merino cardigan. Have ordered a number of these over the years and been very satisfied. I am disappointed that they no longer have the stylish pearl buttons. These garments have always machine washed well previously with ease. The current washing instructions suggest a fiddly, inside out, fasten buttons, dry flat procedure, which suggests to me an altogether less robust garment. Time will tell. Disappointed to see the goods are now manufactured in China and that Woolovers have been bought out.

Oct 10,2024My sweater arrived promptly and in good condition. It is very soft and not scratchy on me. The colors are more lavender, peach, and beige to my eye. The peach yarn has a marled coloring of dark pink to the yarn. I ordered an XL (36DDD, 170#) as it was 100% lambswool, thinking it would shrink a bit when washed. I did not see that this sweater was machine washable, so I do not expect it to shrink. Although generous, I still like the 'drapey' look of the sweater on me and will definitely keep it.

Oct 08,2024On 3 10 2024 I placed an order for 2 jumpers, 5 days later i asked the firm for confirmation of my order, twice on the phone they told me that they have no order and would Call me back they havent, the credit card has been deducted, I have now made a claim with my bank now.

Oct 06,2024Wool Overs products are good however, their shipping to the U.S. is poorly managed through USPS. The package comes to the U.S. fast, but gets stuck in the U.S Postal distribution centers. The distribution centers run by U.S. postal service does not even update of when it will be delivered. The package came and sat in their distribution center which was 15 minutes away from my house, sitting there and warming up for the last one week with no updates from USPS. This is a horrible and a cheap way to deliver packages. I was very upset that my package is sitting there with no intentions to get delivered. The last time my package sat in their distribution centers for 2 weeks to the extent I had lost hope that I will ever get it. I finally got the package after 2 weeks. Wool Overs should change to DHL or Federal Express. They can charge us the shipping fee, but not let us go through this stress. The whole experience of getting your new stuff gets dampened.

Oct 05,2024Just ordered a fleece jacket. So far, so good except for one thing. Why does Woolovers hide the fact that they are not an American company? That is not a problem except that it is not shown where you operate from, where the items are shipped from and how long it will take if it needs to cross the pond. Where are you located?

Oct 04,2024I was very pleased with the quality and fit of both the cardigan and men’s Aran jumper I ordered, and the colours were as shown on the website. My only quibble would be that I was unable to access the free delivery offer through the website, despite being told that I qualified for it and I was forced to phone up to sort it out.
