I keep getting unsolicited catalogues through the post from this company. When I spoke on the phone to a member of staff to get them stop waiting postage and paper he had trouble understanding was very slow taking details and when he'd finally done that I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to remove me from their mailing list. I don't know what sort of company this is but I'll certainly never buy anything from them especially when the customer service staff seem to be in India, home of scam centres

I had previously been a customer of Hotter for many years, but since this was sold to WoolOvers, the standard of shoes dropped considerably, and so I asked to be removed from their mailing list, as their catalogues were just going into my recycling bin. I was very surprised, then, to receive a mailing catalogue from WoolOvers. When I rang them, to ask why they were sending me unsolicited catalogues after I had asked to be removed from the Hotter mailing, I was told, hardly decipherable from the background noise, that they didn’t know. I asked, several times, to be put through to a supervisor, and was told there were none. Yeah, right. I insisted, politely, and was then cut off. I rang back, and asked to speak to a supervisor, only to be told the same thing, and when I insisted, I was told that a supervisor would ring me back, at which point, I was cut off again. Needless to say, no-one rang me back. This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I would not touch this company with a bargepole. One star is one star too many.

I was not at home on Friday when Evri attempted to delivery and I have called customer services this evening who were extremely unhelpful and she actually put the phone down on me. I shall not use this company again.

I did not place an order with this company. They need to improve their internet security to prevent people from stealing other people's email addresses. This order MUST BE CANCELLED. I cannot phone you as you request because I live in the USA. You CAN find the order and info from the email address you are writing with. Someone has fraudulently used my email address and it is YOUR security problem.

J'achète des pulls et des cardigans depuis de nombreuses années chez Woolovers mais j'ai été très déçue par mon dernier achat.Le cardigan cachemire -mérinos camel est en réalité beige clair , sa couleur ne correspond ni à la photo et à à son appellation.Il ne s'agit pas d'une erreur d'envoi ,sur l'étiquette il est bien noté Camel. Je regrette cet achat et j'ai gaspillé 95 euros à cause d'un manque de sérieux de woolovers. La réponse de woolovers suggère un problème de rendu des couleurs sur la photo.Il peut y avoir effectivement parfois une légère différence entre l'image et la couleur réelle.Mais là ,le gilet n'est tout simplement pas camel plus ou moins foncé ,il est d'une autre couleur :beige !

Absolutely awful customer lack of care. I ordered a cardi for my Mother for her birthday, it needs to be here prior to my returning to the States, on Sept 20 and by Sept 25 wondering why I have no shipping info. I called Customer Care who said they would check with a 'team leader' and call me back. No call back. Called again to be politely informed that it was sold out. But... they were apparently happy to not let me know, not give me an opportunity to go elsewhere to shop. Just an arbitary email saying that my order was cancelled. I shop here as my Mother is a long time customer but I am horribly unhappy with this lack of attention, care etc. and would love to know what they are doing with my money that they chose not to refund on DAY 1 when the cardi wa apparently sold out. Upset and mad.

Ich finde das kleine Informationsheft mit den Bildern der Pullover sehr ansprechend, und es wird mir auch regelmäßig per Post zugesendet. Dann ist es ganz einfach sich einen schönen Pullover auszusuchen. Die Pullover von Woolovers haben eine gute Qualität und sind im Vergleich zu anderen Firmen relativ preisgünstig. Gut finde ich auch, dass einem Rabatte gewährt werden. Ich kann Woolovers meinen Freunden und Bekannten auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

My order ref: R9333863 arrived on time delivered by Evri promptly. On opening the brown wrapper the so-called recyclable wrapper inside was shredded and in pieces - I can only say very unprofessional for a company like Woolovers.. You have to put this right before future orders are damaged. Comments please. Customer ID 544966 Batch no. 2190551 HTR

A number of years ago I bought a longer length pocketed wool Woolovers cardigan. It was much admired and lasted for ages. I was delighted two years ago to see that they were doing that style again and I bought two - I still have the receipt that came with them. I am mostly at home and wear my scruffy clothes round the house, keeping newer clothes for when I go out. I hadn't worn one of my new cardigans very often when I was horrified to see that if I didn't darn the elbow it would go into a hole. I got in touch with Woolovers who reacted promptly and asked for pictures - but then said that faults need to be reported within six months and as it was now eleven months there was nothing they could do. They ignored the fact that a hardly worn cardigan should not have been wearing out so quickly. I resolved never to buy anything from Woolovers again. I darned my cardigan and continued to wear both of them. Not only did they not wear well, they have also shrunk. I know how to wash woollens and do not shrink quality products - I have cashmere jumpers that I have owned for nearly thirty years. The reaction to my complaint still rankles. Problems can arise with any company - it is how a company deals with it that makes the difference between them. With the amount I have worn them they should still be wearable but one is too small and the other is also worn out.

My order of 2 woolems, arrived exactly as company had advised. Both garments were exactly colour in catalogue, both so soft with a luxurient feel. Both machine washable and I know will wear beautifully. My 8th purchase, am never disappointed

The item was delivered to an address which was not mine. I called them to complain about the non-delivery. They immediately gave me a full refund. Top notch to Woolovers

The items I purchased bobbled badly and one cardigan even fell apart! The company refused a refund as I had had them longer than six months. One was also a gift for my elderly mother. Compared to the cardi I bought her years ago from them, it too bobbled. Company admitted in email to using new producer but that was as far as it went. Considering the fact that their items are not cheap, I am truly appalled at how things have gone and will not be making clothing purchases anymore, despite being a good customer over the years.

I bought the very pretty yak blend swing cardigan last year. After the first wash (very gently by hand in woolite) I thought it seemed a bit shorter and the sleeves felt tight but then I put it down to my imagination. I have now washed it (very carefully) for a second time and it doesn't even reach my waist and I can barely get my arms through the sleeves. I am outside the 6 months returns period so Woolovers customer services say there is nothing they can do. But neither can i afford to spend £59 on something have to throw away after 2 washes. Very disappointed.
