Jul 29,2024I'm very disappointed. W no longer have an Edinburgh Woollen Mill on Orkney, so tried to order online, with great difficulty. I've paid to return an object, but having difficulty. The print on the form is very small and it states to Stick on the Label, but there is NO LABEL Now I see the picture and instructions on my PC. but it doesn't seem to want to Download?????

Jul 20,2024BUYERS BEWARE: this company does NOT refund sales tax when making returns. contacting customer service has you headbanging the wall how many times you get told stupid things like the tax for an item you do not possess is paid to the government even though that is against the law. return shipping takes over a month and this legal issue with limited time window is incredibly stressful to deal with considering how useless their customer service is. this issue has persisted throughout the years. will never shop here again.

Jul 10,2024I have bought several garments from Woolovers and have always been more than satisfied. However, I recently bought a lambswool v-neck sweater and am very disappointed. Within 3 days of wearing it has badly pilled. My daughter thought I was wearing an old jumper, but it is brand new.

Jul 07,2024I ordered 2 items on 24/6. Required by myself Urgently as a Birthday Gift. I decided to go ahead and Order as there was the availability to pay extra and get Next Day Delivery. I was delighted when Woolovers parcel arrived as promised the next day but, my delight was very quickly squashed when I opened the parcel and found just one of the two items I had ordered. I immediately rang Woolovers to be informed the other item would arrive either later that same day, or the next day after that. Well the second item did not arrive later that same day, but arrived the following day. Very annoyed at any lack of openness at the point of Order regarding the second item not being received the next day. Will be considering twice in future about throwing their order book straight in the bin as it drops through the letter box. They’re obviously happy with their performance as no one contacted me to inform me what not to expect. So a very definite company who happily take the cash but over promise and under deliver. I responded and left the company an email including the order number, the email was sent to the address supplied by the Customer services, but this address is an automated messaging service and I received the automated standard reply, it’s the same email address I initially contacted on 25/6, and hit the automated reply then, but they never followed through with a reply, the Order no being shown on each email. So nothing has been achieved at all.

Jun 29,2024Ordered 2 items. Jacket was perfect and very good quality. Unfortunately the top was too big and had to return it although again it was very good quality. Delivery was also very good. Unfortunately I will not be using Woolovers again as I find having to spend over £5 on returning the top far too expensive (even more so if I’d had to return more items). Shame you don’t have any local shops as your clothes are very well made.

I realised immediately and contacted woolovers as didn’t want double products or double payment and the refund and cancellation of the second order was amazingly prompt. Well done woolovers so understanding , no fuss and such fast repayment. Brilliant. Thank you

Jun 25,2024Woolover shipped an incorrect item. I called because I was not going to pay $8 to return an incorrect item. I wanted the item I ordered shipped immediately, not when the incorrect item was received. I was on the phone, on hold for 40 minutes with no one returning to tell me what was going on! I had to call again and request a manager authorize a return mailing slip and have my item shipped now. Finally I am expected to take this incorrect item to a post office for mailing. REALLY? I suggest shopping elsewhere, I know I will.

Reminiscent of 1940 style cardigans, so beautiful over a vintage style dress, Excellent speedy delivery - ordered on the 11th June received on the 12th June, amazing! THANK YOU WOOLOVERS, WELL DONE!!

Jul 30,2024Ordered an item and found it was poor quality and the size didn't match the size chart (In USA). When I tried to make the return the return portal would not work. I emailed with two Woolovers reps who did not help. Then I contacted customer service by phone who told me I was past the return window (I had received the item in the mail four days prior). I objected and the rep told me that was too bad it was too late to return. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said there were none in the office. I told her I would file a consumer complaint to get the issue resolved and she said "stop threatening me". Okay... Then she put me on hold and another woman came on the line who processed my return. Not sure if this is some kind of scam or what, but won't be ordering from Woolovers again.
