Totally let me down, don't bother paying for a next day delivery. Suggested they might consider at least apologising and heard nothing. Jumper did finally arrive and it is very average quality. Recommend going elsewhere.

Order placed on 26 May and confirmed as despatched that day. Bank account debited Delivery detail email received from Evri on 3 seperate occasions - still no delivery. Woolovers Customer Services contacted after the second failed delivery, no action taken. Now I have asked for a refund but Woolovers tell me I have to wait 5 days for their 'missing parcels' department to investigate, then they will they replace or refund if items not available despite me requesting a refund now completely ignoring/not responding to my earlier refund request. That Woolovers have a department dedicated to missing parcels is somewhat concerning. Whilst the customers services contact has apologised they describe my issue as an 'inconvenience'. It is much more than an inconvenience to me where on 3 occasions I have had to alter my plans to wait for the delivery from Evri. Whilst I think the problem lies with Evri, Woolovers Customer Services appear to have little or no interest in either resolving the problem or restoring my confidence in them as an online retailer. Shocking, stressful and upsetting
I rang Customer Services quite early this morning, to change an order I had placed and was just in time, as the item was about to be packed ready for transit. I was extremely pleased to receive such efficient attention from the male assistant I spoke with, as he clearly reacted immediately to my request. Thank you very much for your help.
Parcel sent to wrong address and left out where it was very wet.
Wanted to amend a recently placed online order. Was able to find a phone number for customer services very easily (rare these days I often find) and even more unusually my call was answered immediately by Jack who solved my problem straight away without any fuss and very politely. Absolutely delighted with such excellent customer service.
I love the jacket. It's so hard to get a cotton jacket without a hood. Very prompt delivery. I love that the packaging is compostable "plastic".

Ordered a cotton jumpsuit, it's the softest cotton I've come across. Great fit and delivered in 24 hours, extraordinary!
Total disappointment! Ordered a polo neck lambswool sweater,mens size xxl. The waist band has absolutely no elasticity and hangs about my waist like the bottom of a woman's dress. Laid out flat the waist band measures 600mm flat, that equates to a waist dimension of 47.25 inches, hardly suitable for a 42 inch waist. Couldn't possibly wear it in public.
Order placed 10days ago and accepted.On telephoning this morning to enquire where my order of 3 items was,I was informed that 2 items were out of stock & the third item would not be available until the end of May! The company had given me no notification of any of this.Most disappointing in the poor communication & have cancelled the whole thing. Have previously been very satisfied with dealings .. what's going wrong?
I've always found the customer service excellent. The sizing, however, seems erratic, sometimes coming up small and sometimes large.
The delivery was fast.As for the items...the Autumn Floral Skirt ..the dye has been changed to a weird bleached effect..The pink tye dyed jumper..very.poor quality and a garish horrid pink..the jacquard cardigan was too small and of inferior quality .I sent the items back..They were received 24 April at the p.o box but not collected.Yesterday I rang and you had the parcel..I am yet to.receive my $180.50 refund..Its been confirmed from 3-5 days wait..I made the mistake of returning after my last purchase where the dress was not colour fast and the.dress made me itch from the dye..Your service and products has decined in quality..the.cost is excessive..the marked down.clearance most of it is rubbish ..All made in China and not 'fit for purpose'a past jersey a shirt which has washed badly has been put in the rag bag.Never again!
I ordered a coatigan online while travelling abroad in USA and paid for a standard delivery in London. To my amazement it arrived within 2 days; much sooner than expected! I returned home to the UK and my parcel came 2hrs later on the same day. I am super delighted with the speedy service with Evri and pleased with my purchase. The colour of the garment is same as the picture. I find Woolovers clothing is made well, with natural materials and so far have not been disappointed with the quality. It is slightly pricey but they have seasonal sales and as the styles are classic it doesn’t matter. The garments maintain their look well after washing. I will certainly purchase from them again.
