ZenMarket is a Good Platform and they try there best to meet the customer. However i had a bad experience with a seller "js_brandshop" who are selling Fake Brand Handbags! Zenmarket should be aware of these kind of sellers. But also I had good experiences with other Sellers on ZenMarket!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with ZenMarket and will never use their service again. I placed an order for a product, and the website confirmed that the purchase was possible. Based on this confirmation, I transferred money from my bank account to my ZenMarket account. To my surprise, 5 euros less arrived than I had sent, even though I had carefully followed the exchange rate. I then transferred the remaining 5 euros via PayPal to make up the difference, only to encounter an error message stating that ZenMarket had already reached the maximum allowable quantity for the product. WHY was this not checked during the initial process, before I transferred my money? As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I requested a refund, I received 25 euros less than what I had originally sent. This is absolutely unacceptable. ZenMarket is unreliable and dishonest. I strongly advise against using their service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this site at all costs!
W trakcie zamawiania musiałem wpłacić pieniądze na konto Zenmarket, jednak po zabraniu pieniędzy z konta bankowego i otrzymanym potwierdzeniu pieniądze nie pokazały się na koncie zenmarket. Mimo podania wszystkich niezbędnych informacji na odpowiedź od supportu w tej sprawie trzeba czekać godzinami przez co produkt który chciałem zamówić został już dawno kupiony przez inną osobę. Minęły już ponad 24 godziny a ja nie mam ani produktu ani pieniędzy i wciąż czeka na rozwiązanie całej sytuacji. Następnym razem skorzystam z innego pośrednika, który od razu pozwala zapłacić za produkt bez dodatkowego bawienia się z wpłacanie pieniędzy na konto. Żałuję straconego czasu i nerwów.

I started using their services during the pandemic and I would recommend them to everyone I came across who wanted to purchase stuff from Japan. It is unfortunate, but I will stop because the way they operate has gone downhill to the point it feels like a huge scam. It is unbelievable to order a 200JPY magazine and have to pay, first of all, 500JPY for their service fee and an additional 800JPY fee for the transport WITHIN Japan. Several times I ended up paying twice more for an item because of these fees that I have to cover out of my own pocket. Transport withing Japan should be covered by them. After all, I do not live in Japan and it is mind-boggling that I have to pay for that when I also have to pay for the standard international shipping. The amount of money is not justified for how they services operate. Late replies to orders, right after they go out of stock. They have raised the 300JPY fee to 500JPY, saying it is for the sake of a bigger warehouse. If so, how on earth does it take several days to pack items (mind you, outside of the holiday season)? How did their services operate excellently during a global pandemic but now, without imposed restrictions, they have become worse? I have been a frequent client and when they made changes to their loyalty program to, undoubtedly, take more money from us, they have brought my existing loyalty points to 0. It is entirely possible that soon enough they will impose a tax for bad weather, who knows. Unfortunately, they have become a total scam and I advise everyone to stay away from them. (These occurrences have happened across this entire year, including today.)

I ordered several items via Zenmarket over Amazon JP and got my parcel delivered from Japan to Germany in a really short time! The shipment was going out on a Monday and I received it on Thursday – this was incredible fast and I'm thankful that I got it before Christmas! Everything was carefully packaged in bubble wrap and foil. Absolutely no troubles with customs or anything, it just got delivered like any normal parcel. The process was easy and well instructed. Sure, the fees and the shipping is what it makes it kinda expensive but that's how proxy buyers work, I guess. Will definitely buy more Beyblades via Zenmarket in the future!
The service itself is great, no complaints there. However, be cautious as you can easily get ripped off. I ordered an item and received a fake one that didn’t match the pictures in the seller’s post. To make matters worse, It relies on the seller to agree to a refund—even if the seller sent a fake item by "mistake." It’s unacceptable for an intermediary to fail at securing transactions and protecting buyers, especially in an age where most transactions are backed by banks or buyer protection policies. Zenmarket needs to do better to ensure customer security and trust.

El servicio no es elevado, eso sí, hay que pagar el envío internacional que es razonable. En cuanto el envío, me parece bien, los productos llegan bien protegidos con papel burbuja.
Did take quite a bit longer to arrive than estimated, but that wasn't really anyone's fault. Delays happen, and the figure I bought was waayy bigger than expected so I'd believe if that somehow caused a delay. Everything was packaged nicely and safely though, as per usual. This is the tenth package I've gotten from them, and am in the process of packing the eleventh. I hope Trustpilot doesn't try to delete my reviews again saying they are fraudulent :)
Encore un problème avec leurs systèmes de versement pas à jour qui bug et mettent un temps énorme avant d’arriver sur le portefeuille. Plusieurs enchères perdu par leurs fautes. La prochaine fois je passe par un autre proxy plus fiable . Réponse suite à leur message : Zenmarket trouve toujours une excuse c’est jamais de leur faute et ne fait aucun effort pour respecter le client contrairement à la concurrence. Zenmarket ne reflète en aucun cas l’image du Japon ou le client et respecter. De plus Zenmarket ne déduit pas la tva japonaise alors que la concurrence oui. À ce jour j’effectue mon dernier achat chez eux je n’aime en aucun cas votre façon de faire qui est à mon goût irrespectueux.

I've been shopping with ZenMarket for nearly five years now and recently had my tenth package shipped. Every single experience of mine with them has been positive. The shopping experience has definitely improved over the last five years with the platform adding new direct integrations with stores/platforms within Japan. I've also had much success having ZenMarket purchase items from stores that they do not officially partner with and is one of the reasons that I tried them out five years ago. All of my orders have arrived safely and soundly with, fortunately, zero damaged items. My most recent order included many items from different stores (hey, I decided to do some Christmas shopping with them this year) and everything was accounted for; they even honored a request that I made regarding some freebie items that were supposed to be included from one of the stores that I had them purchase from. The proxy buying service is fairly priced as is the shipping service and their policy for holding items in their warehouse. International shipping isn't cheap but you have multiple courier options that are optimized for either cost or speed so you can choose what works best for you. I've not had to deal with their customer service staff so I cannot speak to that experience. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer of the platform and will be continuing to use them in the future.
Quick and seamless service. All packages received very well packed- I almost felt like it was too safe and some weight could be saved by making the packaging looser. In total it took about 3 weeks from start to finish to receive my parcel in Dubai. One drawback is that you can't buy from sellers without enough reviews.

Dec 30,2024Started using Zenmarket at the beginning of dec 2024, i placed 9 orders on amazon and each single one was canceled over the course of 3 weeks including one where i asked “if all remaining collectibles had shipped at all due to all the cancelations”. It “definately did and the items would arrive within 3/5 days”, only to have it be canceled as well (HOW??? If it has been shipped???). I’ve decided to withdraw all my stalled money. I’ll be going back straight to my former proxy service, never had ANY issues, just a shame they don’t have amazon on there (which is why i came to Zenmarket AT ALL). Shame…such a shame…
