everything was packed well and came in great condition, i’m super pleased!! i’ve been using zenmarket for awhile and always great service. i ordered some bendables this time and they were reinforced with an extra panel of cardboard to keep them safe. everything bubble wrapped and in a properly sized box so nothing could get jostled around. hooray!
The package arrived in the best packing I have ever seen in my life. The item auctioned (Korg i3 30-year old arranger keyboard) safely sits in packaging clearly received "full of love and attention" as ZenMarket mentioned. I was at first surprised to see the shipping cost is the same as the auctioned item but the quality of the packaging say it loud and clear why one should order from ZenMarket ^_^ Thanks to the quality, the care and the love you have put into the delivery.
The good -low and no bs fees -If you live in the EU, it's the only proxy that lets you pay VAT in advance. The bad This proxy is just not reliable for products that are in high demand; -Your order might be randomly stuck in "awaiting order" for hours (zenmarket has never elaborated on why it happens, it just does randomly) -Charging your zenmarket wallet will also, completely randomly, get stuck and take hours to put the money in your wallet. -In the (likely) case that your order gets sniped by someone else because zenmarket was too slow for the reasons above, zenmarket also can take a FULL DAY to refund you back the amount on a failed order, so if you just happen to find a good deal right after, well, guess what, you're missing on that too!
Too complicated. item plus fee plus shipping plus you have to deposit money or use PayPal. PayPal will charge 3.5% of the total. you will end up paying more for the item.
Après de nombreuses années de collaboration et des sommes collosales versées à zenmarket, ils n'ont pas répondu favorablement à une demande d'annulation d'achat, en se retranchant derrière leurs CG et celles de Yahoo.jp. Techniquement ils auraient pu... mais ils n'ont simplement pas voulu. J'ai trouvé cela vraiment regrettable de ne pas avoir voulu régler le problème d'un excellent client de longue date. J'ai donc fermé mon compte et suis passé à la concurrence. Ils ont perdu un bon client et de futures sommes colossales....

My complaint is in my last 2 order, first of all, i had my package shipped, already paid and get email confirmation that my package is shipped along with ems tracking number and the ems invoice to my email, but after like a day or two i got message that my package has a wrong weight and i had to pay for the difference due to weight calculating error they made and realize after 2 days of shipping my package. on top of that when they message me they didn't even said a sorry word. after i snide it they do tho. So yeah bad customer service experiences and facts that they made the customer clean up their mess. Next one i got duped by mercari seller and they really don't do anything bcs they said description say so, but the fact when i purchased it, the description wasn't like that, so the seller change description after i purchase it, sadly as i had no concrete proof despite they know the seller change the description, they wont do anything. i like how zenmarket UI is simple and easy to understand and i enjoy the credit system they had and purchase a lot little by little to gain loyalty, but since its going to be reset after 4 months, leaving my effort useless without even able to enjoy lv3 despite i should've, so those 500 yen fee per item really just become needlessly expensive. and my last 2 shipments has been unpleasant. im looking for alternative now.

Alles top! Zum ersten mal auf zenmarket bestellt, war alles sehr gut erklärt und ich war immer bestens informiert. Bestellung über Weihnachten und Neujahr hat zwar etwas gedauert wurde aber trotzden schnell in sehr guter Verpackung geliefert.
Excellent packaging & turnaround time for the price. They always are very careful about packing while being realistic and efficient about the space needed for each item.
Extremely expensive service (you are charged at absolutely every possible step). But this is not what is the worst. I had problems with delivery time (yes because they are so sloooooow to take action), and eventhough customer service was replying rather quickly they were completely unefficient and lack any humanity. So you'll only get "templates" as replies (that's why they reply quickly I guess) and they play dumb and stall the action that should be taken. I think they are not professional and it is absolutely NOT the "Japanese way" of taking care of customers and try their best to satisfy your needs. This is such a shame for Japan. I could go on with all the problems I had and their incompetence but I spent so much time and energy trying to sort things out that I can just say: AVOID THEM. And chose another company that does the same. I will never use their service again.
