Feb 08,2025No buyer protection even with photo service. The package is still in Japan with product not mactching description. Zenmarket, the shopping platform and seller all blame each other with no responsibility . Never use it again.

Feb 06,2025Jeszcze do niedawna byłam usatysfakcjonowana korzystaniem z tego pośrednika, jednak w ostatnim czasie współpraca daje wiele do życzenia. Przedmioty kupowane są tak wolno, że niejednokrotnie ktoś zdążył wykupić coś przede mną pomimo mojej szybkiej reakcji. Decyzja o zwrocie pieniędzy na konto również nienajszybsza, a ostatnie opóźnienia z rejestracją przedmiotów na magazynie nie są nawet rekompensowane wydłużeniem czasu na przechowywanie. Nie jest moją winą iż firma dłużej rejestruje paczki, a przez to ja dłużej oczekuję na skompletowanie paczki. Niemałe rozczarowanie, ponieważ dotychczas miałam same pozytywne doświadczenia.

Die Waren werden immer sehr, sehr sicher (teils doppelt und dreifach) in Luftpolsterfolie verpackt. Ich kann ZenMarket wirklich mit gutem Gewissen wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
