Feb 13,2025Booked with Moovers via Zest from Alicante airport. Great experience from booking right through to returning car. No hard sell on extra insurance although they did ask but we explained that we had our own excess insurance and they were all ok with that. Staff very helpful and their shuttle was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived so very smooth. They even give you directions to be to help nearest petrol station if you need to fill up prior to returning the car.

Feb 12,2025I wanted a car for collection at Faro Airport Booking was very easy excellent choice of cars at very reasonable prices I had a nice car ready for collection on arrival in Portugal and the process was simple as was the return 3 weeks later I have used Zest at least 10 times and the service has been the same very high standard every time

Feb 11,2025Hired a car in oct 2024 now Feb 2025 and still no deposit back. Just keep getting fobbed off . Apparently when they take the toll charges which was just over 2 euros it releases the funds back . The 2.20 still to this day hasn’t come out of our bank and no deposit has been released back . They have disputed it with Mastercard and we are still no further forward We hired the car through zest and the car hire company was drive 4 fun . At the end of the day the car was hired through zest yet all they do is email drive 4 fun and repeat the same stuff over and over yet we are still 500 euros out of pocket . Will never use either companies again

Feb 11,2025I hired a car and the provider charged me for damage that had been previously done. Thankfully ZEST followed this up relentlessly (I couldn't use my insurance as I hadn't caused the damage) Zest were exceptional in their communication nkeeping me updated at all stages of the process. The provider eventually paid back their money.

Feb 11,2025Have used Zest cars exclusively now for quite a few years, they are totally professional and offer an excellent service. They offer important advice on how to deal with certain rental companies at the airport when collecting the car and their top up insurance is all the assurance you need to know you are well protected. They mainly offer additional driver for free which in today’s market is a huge plus. Their prices are extremely competitive and I have complete confidence in them, the one time I did have a problem they went out of their way to resolve it.

At Orlando airport the hire went really smoothly and the car was exactly what we booked (not a ‘something like’ car). I would highly recommend Zest and I won’t hesitate to use them again

Feb 13,2025Pick up and drop off at Faro was easy, the service was efficient and friendly. The collection facility in Carpark 4 is easy to find just a few minutes walk from the terminal and the car was just a few metres away in Carpark 1. The car itself, SEAT Ibiza had quite a few marks and scuffs but I was told to ignore all but the major scrapes on the vehicle condition report. Had the car for just less than a month and the cost was very competitive.
