Jan 30,2025Competitively priced booking. Easy to book and quick and efficient contact to make alterations to the booking at a later point. Customer service from Zest is quick and friendly. Their own insurance takes away the hassle of sales pressure at the car hire desk. The hire itself was good with quick and easy pick up and drop off. Will definitely use Zest again.

Jan 29,2025Came to Zest on a friend's recommendation and the whole service and price has been great. Through them I booked at car provided by Keddy at Alicante (fulfilled by Europcar) and they were good. Would definitely use Zest again if the price is competitive.

Jan 27,2025On entering the rental car return area at Turin airport we turned left instead of right, as a result of which a tyre on the left hand side touched a kerb. This caused no damage. The Zest Car Rental / Sicily by Car person said repeatedly that he saw us “damage” the car but that he wasn’t going to report it. All the while he was pointing to some dust on the front right tyre (ie on the opposite side of the car to the one which touched the kerb). I tried to explain that he was pointing to the wrong tyre and that we hadn’t in any case caused any damage but he just screamed and shouted that he saw us damage the car (this will be visible on security camera videos around 09:20, 18 Jan). He called me an imbecile and moron, while continuing to point to the wrong side of the car. He then threatened me and physically assaulted me, trying to knock my phone out of my hand. This deranged man was getting very scary and the only reason I didn’t report him to the police was that we had to catch a flight. The worst car rental experience ever!

Jan 22,2025We were quickly collected from the airport and taken the short drive to the car rental site. The staff were welcoming and efficent. Our car was immaculate and was a similar size to the one requested. We were given clear maps showing us a nearby petrol station and route back to return the car. Dropping the car back was swift and we were returned to the airport promptly. Would highly recommend this car rental company to friends and fanily- in fact, we already have!
