They gave me the names of two tour guides, who contacted me within a day or so. This trip was our 25th wedding anniversary trip. Our tour guide was wonderful. We had the best trip of our lives. Our guide arranged everything. We even had a young lady we could text about any problem or concern. That really made my wife happy. I am very grateful for the help we were given for this trip

Jun 25,2019Early this year, we began planning a trip to Italy. When doing so, I did an internet search and found Zicasso. I completed their brief survey regarding our hopeful trip and then began to explore their web site and various reviews about them. (All very good, by the way.) - In just a few days, through Zicasso, I received a message from an Italian company which caters to travelers interested in small, private tours. We began e-mail and telephone communications with that company and became truly comfortable and excited with the proposed plans for our two-week trip to specific areas in Italy. We had our trip during late May and early June and all aspects of the arrangements, including hotels, transportation services and personalized guides for each city and venues, were fabulous! All very much first class. I can truly say that each of our 4-member travel party were extremely impressed and pleased with everything. Well done, Zicasso! The company that your referred us to was exceptional! My wife and I have traveled several times to Europe and have enjoyed each of our prior trips. However, in the future, when vacationing abroad, we now will always consult with Zicasso.

Jun 19,2019Hi have worked with Zicasso for two different trips. The first was a few years ago for a 2 week tour of Germany. It was fantastic. The travel agent I worked with was able to help customize the trip for our needs and we had no issues. We started the trip in Berlin and worked our way down to Munich. The private guides that we had were phenomenal. We just returned from our 2nd trip with Zicasso. It was a two week tour of Italy and Croatia. We again had a fabulous time. This trip was a graduation present for my daughter and she had two things she wanted to do: sea kayak in Croatia and a cooking class in Tuscany. The travel agent again made both of these happen. The cooking class was so much fun and will a lifelong memory for our family. I will continue to use Zicasso to plan future trips abroad. We have NOT been disappointed yet.

Jun 19,2019I found Zicasso more than 3 years ago when planning to take my grandson to Germany. Since then they referred companies in Italy and the United Kingdom. You might think that finding a reputable company in the country to which you plan to visit, is an uncertain proposition. But with Zicasso, there is no doubt you will find the right match. We did so three times now. We had choices between two providers and spoke to each company representative and perused a sample tour before making a final decision. In each case, we felt the chosen company understood what we wanted. By selecting a company that resides where you wish to visit, you will discover that you have access to experiences that most companies won't offer. Ours included a private tour of Neuschwanstein Castle before regular opening hours; dinner at a small wonderful seafood restaurant in Venice which we never would have found; and drives to the end of the Hebrides with extraordinary views which we enjoyed so much more as passengers. Our latest visit to Scotland was guided by an experienced young man who disclosed that he is focusing on Zicasso clients because he knows how important these referrals are. We routinely refer Zicasso to our friends when they hear about our travels.

We were looking for a travel agent that specialized in Northern Italy and Zicasso sent us 2 or 3 different companies to contact. I contacted two who both seemed like great companies and had great traveler reviews. We picked our travel agent from the options Zicasso sent and we had an amazing trip. I would definitely use Zicasso again when I look to travel to another area and would like someone who specialized in that area.

Jun 17,2019Us? Well traveled octogenarians.Trip? Southern Italy, including Lecce, Alberobello, Bari, Positano and Sorrento and surrounding areas in each location. Planning and execution? wonderful. It starts with the willingness of an experienced planner (Raphael) willing to understand why his clients have seen enough traditional touring sites and want to forego what many want to experience (done) then figure out an itinerary that will satisfytheir desires (done) recogniizing that even reasonably well conditioned folks in their eighties aren't as nimble as they used to be. Flexibilty? Even on the trip, recognizing that a relationship formed with a local driver might change a planned day trip. Hotels/B and B's? Outstanding, even with the steps climbed daily to our Alberobello B and B. Small group scheduling? Wonderful (we lucked out. Only 2 people in a cookng class AND on the Amalfi cruise). Overall experience? Delightful!! Wife's comment? How someone we've never met could plan such a trip just by written and verbal contact is a credit to him and the Bellarome agency. Thank you Raphael. Outstanding happpenings? Drivers (all except one , and that's not Belllarome's fault), guides (Anna was a delight and knew Matera inside out) hotels, food (we use TA and local's uggestions), Matera (do not miss this), Giovinazzi, Amalfi sunset cruise, Sorrento cooking class, Capri boat tour, and the overall coordination and timeliness of the trip and how easy Raphael's planning made it work. Would we use Zicasso again. Yes...and do we recommend Bellarome... for sure...and Raphael,of course. P.S. Go off season. The area hais been found.

Jun 15,2019I was looking to plan a trip to Italy for my 30th wedding anniversary. Not know where to begin, I found Zicasso and took the chance to use their service to find a high-quality travel agency. After completing a simple interest survey, I heard from three travel agencies within a few days. I selected two and began to communicate with very helpful and enthusiastic travel specialists. They both put together a proposed itinerary and I finally selected one of them. Throughout this process, a staff member from Zicasso was in touch with me. The folks at Zicasso wanted to be sure that I was getting the information I was looking for and were willing to answer any questions. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Next fall we hope to do a family trip to Ireland. My first step in that planning will be to reach out to Zicasso for a travel agency in Ireland to help us create a personalized itinerary. Zicasso has my highest recommendation for those looking to travel.

First time was Patagonia, and we were so happy with that, we came back for a trip to Northern Spain. Jun 14,2019After searching the internet for custom travel planners, but not being satisfied with what I found, I then discovered Zicasso and decided to give it a try. The process worked very well for the special trip to Italy that we were planning for our anniversary, initially generating three matches with custom travel planners that I was very quickly able to narrow down to the best choice based on their detailed and timely responses to my inquiries. Ironically the travel planner was located in the home town I grew up in! I liked the fact that the travel arranger did not get my actual contact information until I decided to interact with them directly, and that all interactions were secure within the Zicasso system. They designed a magnificent trip that was perfect from start to finish. It would not have happened if I had not discovered Zicasso, and felt confident in the site's process for matching us to an expert. We rode electrics bicycles through Tuscany and stopped for wine tasting and gelato. We explored medieval cities and Cinque Terre and we toured Lake Como by boat with a personal guide.
