Since the beginning, all the travel arrangements done by travel agency were greatly executed with all the details needed to make you feel very special and happy throughout the time spent in our vacations. All arrangements met or exceeded our expectations at all times but the personal touch of our house hostess, travel agent and specially our travel guide team made the experience close to our hearts. Thanks for making us feel exceptional!

Jun 12,2019Zicasso has worked out an effective strategy for identifying excellent tour providers around the globe and for matching those providers with people seeking tour services. In my case, I was looking for a customized 14 day tour of Israel for a family group of 9 who were coming to Jerusalem to celebrate a Bar Mitzvah of my grandson. The group age range was 5 to 75; most of whom had never been to Israel before. Zicasso selected an outstanding tour company that put together an itinerary that was wonderful in satisfying the needs of the whole group. The arrival and departures were handled effortlessly. The accommodations for us in the Galilee were wonderful. We booked our own huge luxury apartment in Jerusalem's Mamilla neighborhood so the family could be more together during the time of the Bar Mitzvah. The tour operator worked with us on this. The young charming energetic and informative tour guide selected by the tour company connected with everyone in the group. We were all so sad when we had to leave him at the end of the tour. Again I have to credit the tour company for matching us up with one of the best tour guides Israel has to offer. He was able to provide stimulating information and to lead discussions with our highly educated adults but he was also able to engage our youngsters with playful interactions and materials that he brought with him. Overall I would go back to Zicasso to help us with future trips. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I attempted to modify some of the specs I originally layed out for the trip. I originally stated a budget requirement that exceeded what our group wanted to pay and had to cut back costs. I sent the changes to Zicasso but they were neither posted nor acknowledged. Nevertheless the Israeli tour operator worked this out directly with me. This was the best tour experience in my life. The other members of our group felt the same way. Thank you Zicasso.

My tour operator was very good in setting up the tour and discussing the details before our trip. During the trip they were excellent in their choices and were always available for any adjustments. I will always with check with Zicasso for future trips.

Jun 09,2019We recently returned from an incredible trip to Italy for our honeymoon and honestly I can't stop raving about how it came to be. I saw an ad for Zicasso --"top travel agents compete to customize your trip." Wow! Was that an accurate statement. We started our planning late 2018 or early 2019 by giving high level thoughts about what we wanted to do and Zicasso gave us a few boutique travel agents who were responsive in helping further design our trip. These agents were excellent and each painted a picture of what our trip might look like. We agonized for a few weeks on which agent to go with as all were outstanding not only in their proposals but in how professional and responsive they were to any nuance change we ask. The final two are physically located in Italy so we never met in person however they might as well have been down the street. We definitely will use Zicasso again and I've already recommended the concept to friends who are traveling overseas.

Jun 08,2019This is the 3rd time we have used an agent affiliated with Zicasso and all have been great. This time it was Portugal. All the guides were great as well as the hotels. We have tried vacations on our own and find it is better to go with someone who knows the country and has contacts in all the places you might want to go. I would highly recommend using them.

We were very impressed from the very first e-mail they sent. The second agency contacted us a day later. We were not impressed with the second agency. I informed Zicasso of our experience and they asked if we wanted another agency. We declined because we were so impressed with the first agency. We could not have been happier with the agency we chose and we never would have found them without Zicasso. We would absolutely use Zicasso for future travel.
