Everything was lined up for us and ready to go all we had to do was show up. I highly recommend this service to anyone planning a trip abroad!

Jun 06,2019Working with Zicasso was the greatest decision we made for our honeymoon. They set us up with a travel agency after asking us where we wanted to go and what type of honeymoon we wanted (i.e. romantic, adventurous, etc.). They were very thorough and touched on all of the travel points we wanted. If we ever go back to Europe or anywhere for that matter, we will definitely use Zicasso again.

Before long they had put me in touch with two excellent agencies (I checked them out on TripAdvisor) and not long after that I had two competitive bids for my trip lined up, with Zicasso monitoring the process all the way. THIS is the way to take the headaches out of trip planning. I would definitely use them again.

Jun 05,2019Our travel agency planned our entire trip to Italy and it was amazing!! Everything from nice boutique hotels at every stop, unique tours, some dinner reservations & every single transportation from the minute we landed in Florence to the minute we were dropped off at the airport in Rome!! We had several conference calls for them to get an idea of what we were looking for & hoping to see. Then they took off with the itinerary from there!! Best trip ever!!!

Jun 04,2019I was looking for a resource to help me plan a trip to the British Isles. I was fortunate to find Zicasso on the Internet. They referred me to several travel agencies and after initial dealings with the agencies I chose one company to deal with. They were an excellent company that helped me with suggestions, organization and a detailed itinerary that resulted in a fabulous holiday. We had one small hitch with a hotel that the agency helped to quickly resolve. If we take another vacation that requires this type of planning, we would definitely use their services again.

Jun 03,2019My wife and I used Zicasso for a 10 day trip to Croatia May 2019 and highly recommend the service. Two months prior to our planned trip, we submitted the form detailing our interests/budget/dates to Zicasso. Within a few days, two travel agents had responded with detailed itineraries. The agent we elected to move forward with was local to Croatia and was a fantastic resource. She set up all private transfers, private excursions, and wonderful accommodations. The service was best in class and we look forward to planning our next adventure through Zicasso.

They provided me with several agencies who called me and created itineraries based on my personal taste. It was hard to choose among the agencies given that they all provided excellent service. The Zicasso- recommended agency I opted to go with coordinated a superb trip. I was completely satisfied. I will absolutely use Zicasso for my future travel.

May 30,2019We have worked with Italian Tours by Diana, a Zicasso partner, to plan and manage three trips over the past three years, two in Italy and one in Greece. We travel in a group of six friends and ITBD planned each trip with us working with our budget and then arranging all of the accommodations, tour guides, drivers and other modes of transportation. Our trips have been smooth and memorable thanks in no small part to their attention to detail, knowledge of the people and places we are visiting, and high standards for everyone we will encounter. Their choice of accommodations, guides, drivers, and experiences are impeccable. We love working with them and we are already thinking about our trip next year when we will work with them again. May 28,2019We just got back from a wonderful vacation in Australia, thank’s to Zicasso. I did a general search online for Australia travel agents, and decided to give Zicasso a try. I liked the professional presentation of their website. After completing the online questionnaire for what we wanted for our trip, Zicasso matched us to two qualified travel agents. We gave both of them more detailed information, and were able to view a suggested itinerary from each one. After making our choice, the agent was attentive and easy to work with and was able to provide us with a wonderful, personalized trip. We had the best time, and will definitely work with Zicasso the next time I want help with a vacation. I’ve already recommended them to several friends!

May 27,2019I have used Zicasso on two occasions. One to plan a trip (for 4) to Thailand, Cambodia and Viet Nam for 23 days. All went exactly as planned. The second one was (for 6) to England and then the coast of Normandy this year for 17 days. Everything went exactly as planned. The travel agents in both cases were very professional and I had great fun customizing our schedules, our tours, hotels, theater tickets, our flights etc. Planning a trip this way was a great way to read, explore, examine exactly what was to our liking. It might be more of an investment of time (and research), but if small group travel is what you prefer, this is a great way to plan your trip!

May 23,2019My husband and I have used the Zicasso site 2 times so far. Our first trip was to Australia and New Zealand for 6 weeks and our second trip was 2 weeks in Croatia. Both locations were unfamiliar to us when we began to research the best ways to explore these countries. I happened to stumble upon the Zicasso site and am so pleased that I did! For each trip, Zicasso put us in touch with 2 different travel companies from our requested countries. To me this is key, these agents have first hand knowledge to make suggestions that only locals would know about. Within a few days we received welcome emails and requests to talk on the phone. The phone piece is really important to me. I want to ensure that the person I am planning to work with is open, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to what is most important to us when traveling. Then I select a company that offers a good fit. We have been really happy with our trips. The agencies we worked with can create any type of experience and are excellent at suggesting small group adventures that really give travelers a taste of the country in which they are traveling. I have suggested Zicasso to other friends and will definitely be contacting them again in the future.
