May 03,2019Zicasso helped us customize 2 trips for us now. They referred us a travel agent this time to plan a trip to Japan. After telling the agent things we wanted to see and do the plans were made. We didn’t have to worry about forgetting anything. Not only were all arrangements made for us, but there were also suggestions for free time, places to eat and general information about customs etc.

May 02,2019I received only one response to my proposed travel. I'm not sure if that's normal, or if I should have had competing bids. Since I was extremely satisfied with the way things ended, it was moot for me. We ended up with a travel agency who was responsive to our needs and available every time we had a question or problem. Our trip couldn't have been better.

We took many unique tours which were recommended by our Travel Company. Our tours company were so special and met all of our needs and interests. This year they got us in contact with Osiris Tours which planned a wonderful trip for us to Egypt and Jordan. We would certainly use them again in the future. We highly recommend this company.

Apr 16,2019Zicasso is a true professional travel agency who help us quite bit before and during our recent Peru vacation. Starting from the beginning of the trip Zicasso recommended a specialist of the Peru to help us organize the trip which is very helpful because we neither speak in Spanish nor visited Peru before. During the trip, our tour guide provided not only a traditional tour guid service, but also give us quite bit of Inco history that we were very much to enjoy. Once one of our friend got serious health issue during the trip, our travel agent acted on a urgent manner and arranged the doctor and hospital emergency services. We are very much appreciated.
