Apr 09,2022Currently staying in Villa San Remo. Booked through air b&b but only had communication with algarve vacations. We are experiencing a range of problems since arriving 5 days ago and have not been treated with any respect or customer care. So far our experience has been utterly appalling. Further review to follow. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Mar 27,2022Awful experience Booked with this company in November 2019 for a holiday in summer 2020. Understandably this holiday was cancelled due to travel restrictions and re booked for summer 2021. Charged more by algarve vacations to stay at a villa of less quality than originally booked as our original villa was no longer available as the villa didn’t renew their contract with the company for that year. A few months before travel, algarve vacations contacted us again to say the second villa we booked and paid more for was now also no longer available. Only options were thousands dearer and villa algarve would not offer a refund despite the fact they broke their own terms and conditions as the property we booked was no longer available. Back and forth over emails, very unhelpful, refused to acknowledge they were in the wrong and had broken the terms of their contract. Ended up doing a charge back with Mastercard (thank god we paid for it on a credit card). Mastercard confirmed they had indeed broke their terms and conditions with us as a customer but also their terms with Mastercard as their contact with Mastercard was to offer a full refund if a property wasn’t available and not an alternative properly for ++££. Mastercard returned the money and said the company villa algarve had 45 days to counter claim. Needless to say we never heard a word from them again. Clearly they were in the wrong, we got our money back and booked another villa with air B and B. Would never ever recommend this company. Playing tricks and games to scam more money out of customers and not willing to accept when they’d broken their own terms and conditions. Shocking. Do not use.

Mar 20,2022We used Algarve Vacation last year to travel on our first holiday since 2019 and were totally impressed! From start to finish they were fantastic and catered for all our needs. The local representative who checked in on us on our second day was very kind and helpful, along with the transfer drivers. We really couldn't fault them and are currently looking at booking again for this year!

Jan 03,2022Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à la villa Monaco. La maison était spacieuse, confortable, bien située et très bien équipée. L'accueil par les équipes d'Algarve vacation était très agréable et très complet, tout a été fait pour faciliter notre arrivée, notre séjour et notre départ, ils étaient aux petits soins pour nous. Je ferai de nouveau appel à Algarve vacation pour notre prochain séjour dans la région sans la moindre hésitation.

Dec 29,2021We hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad in de Algarve. De villa is groot, mooi, van alle gemakken voorzien. Onze kids vermaakten zich de hele dag in het zwembad en met de voetbaltafel.

Dec 12,2021We stayed at BellaVista Villa in Albufeira at the end of september 2021. It was a really nice and chill stay. We were a group of 3 and had the villa just by our own. Villa was clean and good equiped. One thing have to be improoved, the sunfurnitures like sunchairs, tables and sunbeds have to be renewed. They were very old and used to the limit. Sunumbrellas will be also nice to renew and be on the place (after our call serviceman brought on Sunumbrella). In the whole holidays we were really happy at all and can warmly recomend the place.

Dec 09,2021Leider war in der Villa Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, direkt neben dem Bett. Es fehlten viele Kleinigkeiten, z.b für die Reinigung, Geschirrspüler reinigt nicht wirklich, mussten viel selber abwaschen. Leider wurde auch ein Teil der Kaution für angebliche Schäden einbehalten. Nicht zu empfehlen !!!

Dec 09,2021Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!! Wir waren im November 2021 dort und und sind total verärgert. Wir haben die Villa ordentlich und sauber hinterlassen und es wurde uns trotzdem eine extrem hohe Summe von der Kaution abgezogen und dazu noch ein unverschämter Betrag an „Steuern“ für die Kaution. Von den Vermietern absolut dreist und abzocke!!! Bloß nicht buchen!!!

Dec 08,2021We stayed in Villa Crisandra with a group of 13 girls. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we needed. The costumer service was excellent. We had some issues during our stay but within an hour there was someone at the villa to help us out. Very much recommended!

Dec 08,2021Finger weg! Im Haus gab es keinerlei Möglichkeiten die Unterkunft sauber zu halten. Es fehlte an den einfachsten Dingen wie Putzlappen oder einem Besen. Die Wände im Keller des Hauses waren schimmelig und zu allem übel wird nach dem Urlaub eine große Summe der Kaution einbehalten um beispielsweise eine fehlende Poolabdeckung auszugleichen. Nie wieder!!!

Dec 08,2021Nicht weiter zu empfehlen, schlechte Qualität des Hauses. Schimmel/feuchte Wende in der Unterkunft. Angebliche Schäden sollen mit der Kaution abgeglichen werden. Nie wieder !

Dec 03,2021Wir wurden nach Strich und faden verarscht. Ohne Grund wurden aus der Luft gegriffene Sachen in Rechnung gestellt um Teile von der Kaution einzubehalten. Scheint für mich danach, als würden die das systematisch machen. Finger weg!

Dec 02,2021My family and I had an excellent two week holiday in the Algarve. Week one at Villa Abel, week two at Villa La Romana. Both Villas were clean tidy and lived up to our expectations. Staff were friendly and very helpful and always on hand if required. We have already booked to return to the Algarve in2022.

Nov 25,2021We four ladies stayed at Villa Tulum for a week in October. We were nicely settled in by two Algarve Vacation staff who checked everything. The villa was immaculate and provided everything we needed, including a bridge table! There were plenty of sunbeds, pool was gorgeous and clean. The area was quiet (until we got going with our bridge games in the evening) and the Quinta da Lago shopping area was a five minute drive away. Will definitely book again.

Nov 25,2021Another excellent weeks stay in Villa Isis with algarve vacations . We were due to travel in Sept 2020 but due to the pandemic had to transfer our stay to Sept 2021, we had to pay a transfer fee to the company but the villa price stayed the same and the fee was far less than the increased the airfare the airlines charged. It was our second visit to Viĺla Isis which a lovely traditional one story building with a large well kept garden and a great size pool. The villa sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms one of which has an ensuite and has a second bathroom, a small but fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living/ding area, it really us a little gem. We booked through Algarve Vacations for both of our visits and were very happy with the company and its customer service team, so were surprised at some of the negative reviews.We live in Wales and the travel rules were different here through most of 2020 so we in constant contact with Olivia reviewing our ability to travel. I found her to be extremely helpful even responding to emails late into the evening. As I said we eventually had to transfer our stay to 2021 and Olivia made the process very easy and stayed in contact throughout the year keeping us upto date with the Portuguese restrictions and tourist information. When we arrived we contacted the office to say we had arrived and were informed that the Villa was ready early and we were able to check-in. The following day Karen the Algarve vacations contact arrived to check we were happy with everything , to give us local information and explained he covid retrictions that were still in place in the resort. Karen made sure we had contact numbers for herself and the local office and can arrange a wide range of excellent excursions for you if you'd like. We travelled when a negative covid test was required for both of our flights and passenger locator information and proof of full vacination and day 2 tests was required in printed format by the Welsh Government. I spoke to Karen and emailed Olivia who arranged for the local office to print all paperwork for the whole groups return journey at no cost and even offered to deliver then to the villa for us. We are very pleased with accomidation and service we have received from Algarve Vacations we have already booked with them again for next year but to a different Villa as we have a larger group. We have received a lovely message from both Olivia and Karen wishing us well and thanking us for using Algarve Vacations again to book our trip. We will definitely book with them in the future and have already recommended the company to ou friends

Nov 24,2021Our party of six adults and three children stayed at Villa Zanzibar for a week in September 2021. From the beginning of our booking to the journey back to the airport we cannot fault the service we received. The transport we arranged with Algarvevacation was punctual and comfortable. They stored our luggage until we could check in to the Villa and were friendly and helpful. The Villa itself was amazing. There was lots of room for all of us, pool towels were provided and the lady who met us there gave us all the information we needed with contact numbers should we need them. We had requested a large food package which was provided and was more than adequate and much appreciated after a long journey. We requested pool heating which was provided and was really good especially for the children who spent much of each day in the pool. The rooms were comfortable and clean with enough bathrooms for us all. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious and well stocked. We hired a car to get around as the Villa is out in the countryside but we would still have had a great time if we had stayed in the villa for the week. All in all a restful, enjoyable week in a lovely Villa in the Algarve sun. Would definitely use Algarvevacation again.

Nov 23,2021Villa Imagine was the perfect place for our October family holiday this year. It is a very spacious villa situated in a tranquil location yet only 10 minutes stroll to the beautiful beach, cafes and restaurants. The pool was perfect, especially as we opted to have it heated, allowing us to enjoy it from morning until after dark. We also made good use of the pool table in the games room. The communication with Algarve Vacation throughout the booking process and during our holiday was excellent, they were available for whatever assistance we required. We were so impressed with the selection of top quality villas and professional staff we have already booked to return to this beautiful area next April. Thank you Algarve Vacation, see you soon!
