Sent me the wrong order, have tried to contact twice and they have ignored me. They have basically taken my money, absolute scam. Have had to go through bank for a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Didn't receive part of my order, another item arrived damaged. No response to my emails. Really unimpressed.
Was after some Campinos for years but couldn't find them, didn't realise they had changed branding so decided to purchase them from this store and they were exactly as I remembered, very happy with the purchase, no issues with product or delivery, very happy with service and will order again.
I always buy multiple items when I shop with you to help offset the cost of the shipping charges. My last order was sent out without first warning me that part of the order was out of stock. I should have been given an opportunity to add other items or cancel my order. I instead was cheated and as a result should be refunded that shipping cost. Very disapointed

You emailed me that my twinkies had been delivered they may have but not to me what no on Derwent AVE did you deliver them to I've paid for them but not received them WHERE ARE THEY!!!
None of the items in my box resembled the illustration. You expect a couple of items but this was unrecognisable and not of comparable quality. They were unhelpful when I asked for a return and haven't even responded to my second email. This is not a quality item and I don't know how they get away with advertising one thing and supplying something very different. AVOID!

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought the £15 American surprise box… omw!!! What a waste of money. Nothing decent in the box. An item broken - asked for a replacement and something decent to be sent but no response to my email. Send another email… still no reply. Would not recommend AT ALL!
Short changed my order and then ignored all correspondence. Luckily Paypal refunded as this dodgy company wouldn't respond to either my or paypal emails. Definitely one to avoid, especially with the option of other more reliable retailers out there.
I am absolutely disgusted with my recent purchase from the American Candy Store. I bought the mystery Reese's box for £20, and it was an absolute rip-off. The box was filled more with packaging materials than actual products, and to my shock, I received only FIVE items for £20. No exaggeration, just five items! It's honestly laughable how bad this is. For £20, I expected way more than this. The value is non-existent, and I feel completely cheated. Save your money, because you will be extremely disappointed if you decide to make a purchase. Do not waste your hard-earned money on this store!
Missed items from my order and won't answer the phone or respond to emails or Facebook messages be careful I spent 70 odd pound and they missed 12 pound of things!

Ordered some treats - sent wrong items. Emailed pictures of what I received, along with pictures from order & called to advise not correct. No reply just partial refund. Handed details to credit card to investigate under section 75 of the consumer credit act as this is now classed as fraud. Daughter has loads of stuff from their site on her Christmas list so showed her what they sent so she can amend that!! Ordered a lot of stuff from American stores online but never had such rubbish service like this. UPDATE FROM SELLER - they’ve refunded me for items I didn’t receive but not the shipping for the items I didn’t want!!! £3.99 price to pay to never purchase from them again.

Having lived in the USA for over 20 years I have developed a taste for some of their condiments, many of which just aren't available here in the UK. Thanks to American Candy Stores I was able to find just what I was after and at a discounted price! Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I will be back, thank you!
