Aug 09,2024Charged a whole extra day for being 25 minutes beyond the grace period. First they made up some nonsense about how there had had to refuse another customer, then they said it was because the car wash had closed, then they admitted it was just because their contract terms said they could charge it. Those sort of disproportionate terms are actually illegal under EU law, but of course the amounts aren’t so high that it’s worth fighting. You can run your business like that, but can’t expect to get good reviews… Edit: the reply below doesn’t actually seem to dispute anything significant I am saying (they only claim I was 12 minutes later). Council Directive 93/13/EEC makes disproportionate penalty fees of this sort illegal.

Aug 09,2024The drop-off experience was very poor. The lady was clearly resentful that she had to be there for a drop-off at 0500 hours, she didn't move from her office and then when we passed her the keys she terrified me that she was going to run me over by starting the car when I was getting the luggage out from the boot. When I complained to her she was entirely unapologetic. She had a very poor attitude towards my safety. The pick-up experience was average. We booked a Peugeot 3008 and instead were told that the only car available was an Audi, which had a smaller boot than we required. Bad luck! It was too hot to cancel the reservation and go elsewhere. We had requested a child seat, it was not installed at the time, although when I mentioned it they gave us a choice of seats. They installed the car seat, but it should have been completed prior to pick up. The car itself was relatively new and in good condition, except the windscreen washer fluid was empty. They filled the blue substance required for Diesel cars whilst I waited- again, I would have thought it would be done prior to my arrival. Picking up the car was needlessly slow.

Aug 09,2024The car was good and new which allowed us to travel comfortably. I didn't like paying a fee for the delay caused by the plane. I had no direct action on the delayed cause. There was intransigence on the part of the company.

Aug 08,2024La location s’est bien passée SAUF QUE mon dépôt de garantie de 350€ n’a toujours pas été restitué sur mon compte bancaire alors qu’aucun dommage n’a été noté au retour du véhicule. J’ai loué le 6 JUIN 2024… le délai de 30 jours ouvrés est largement dépassé. Je fais des mails et je n’ai jamais de réponse… je suis très mécontente d’AVIA

Aug 08,2024Bonjour J'ai eu une très très mauvaise expérience en vous louant un véhicule pour mes vacances familiale en Croatie. Je suis possesseur d'une carte de crédit Gold, donc pas une carte de crédit de base, qui couvre largement mes assurances voiture à l'étranger et qui couvre également les 1100€ de caution demandé, après plusieurs tentatives, ma carte soit disant ne passe pas, la jeune fille à l'accueil me propose une assurance Avia Supreme mini pour éviter les 1100€ de caution, assurance qui s'élève à 418€, après un moment de réflexion et dans l'obligation d'accepter, car pas de voiture, pas de vacances, je paie par obligation ces 418€ plus les 510€ pour la location de la voiture et là bizarrement et par magie les 928€ sont débités de mon compte bancaire sans aucun soucis. Vous vouliez de la sincérité, vous êtes des escrocs, je ne vous remercie pas, vous m'avez amputé dès mon arrivée de 418 € sur mon budget vacances. J'ai déjà fait part de mon mécontentement à la plate-forme de location par laquelle je suis passé et quand on fait des recherches d'avis sur votre société de location, un seul mot revient "arnaque". Donc, je souhaiterais un remboursement de 418 € qui m'ont été volé par votre société. J'ai été le plus correct et le plus sincère Rental contract :24-P12-1155

Aug 07,2024Nos hicieron pagar 270e por persona, siendo dos, porque figuraba una de nosotras como conductora principal pero la tarjeta era de mi amiga ya que yo no disponía de ella. La única opción era pagar esta excesiva penalización. Además, habíamos reservado un coche manual y a pesar de pagar todo este dinero extra nos han dado uno automático porque “no tenían mas”. Cosa que no entiendo; si tú reservas con x condiciones son x condiciones y debes disponer del vehículo dicho día. Además el chico que nos atendió en Zagreb en la oficina del aeropuerto fue bastante déspota y desagradable, burlándose de la situación con frases como “esto es como conducir un kart, ¿nunca conduciste un kart?” En resumen, no repito ni de broma
