Aug 06,2024I liked the price, just that. I did not like the car, even though I knew I got the cheapest price, the did not even have bluetooth connection. Also, they tried to sell me an insurance that I did not need... Not the best experience at all ñ

Aug 06,2024When I arrived at the airport, I had already made a reservation with another company. I was a little bit lost and someone from Avia gave us directions and said if we had any issues, please come back and chat with him. We definitely had issues so we came back and the Avia representative helped me to find exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed with the service and how he went out of his way to help me figure out what I needed for my trip.

Aug 05,2024We were by accident 2 hrs too late for delicery of the car ( because our flight was postponed with the same delay) and had too pay a fine of €80. Because the car wasn’t reserved for someone else there was no impact, still we had to pay the fine. The assistant was very kind and would have helped us but couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t possible to cancel it in the it system.

Aug 05,2024Voiture réservée à l'aéroport de Dubrovnik. Pas de surprise, des assurances à souscrire pour le ferry et le passage des frontières hors EU comme indiqué dans le contrat, CB débit différé comme indiqué dans le contrat. Tout était OK au retour, seul bemol, aucun document m'indiquant que l'annulation de la caution ou que le retour était conforme. Bonne expérience.

Als wir das Fahrzeug dann abholen wollten sagte man uns die Reservierung sei gelöscht und hat auf einen Punkt in den Vertragsbedingungen hingewiesen wo das geschrieben stand. Wir konnten die Buchung für eine zusätzliche Gebühr von EUR 35.- reaktivieren. Reine Abzocke! Bei Anmietung am Flughafen sollte man bei Flugverspätungen schon kulant sein. Danke - einmal und nie wieder!

Aug 05,2024Bonjour, J'ai l'impression de mettre fait arnaquer par AVIA sur 3 points : 1/ Vous indiquez que vos locaux sont dans l'aéroport alors qu'ils sont à l'extérieur à 5 min. Ce n'est pas grand chose, mais n'est pas honnête. 2/ Votre contrat n'est pas transparent concernant les frais supplémentaires liés à la location "Tout risque du véhicule" quand on ne dispose pas d'une carte bancaire de type CREDIT. Le montant du surcoût n'est pas affiché (350 euros supplémentaires dans mon cas pour 2 semaines). Un engagement de ma banque a été proposé et a été refusé pour les agents. 3/ Il m'a été proposé, pour faire des économies, de rendre la voiture sans le plein d'essence car l'essence n'est pas taxé à l'aéroport (10% d'économie affiché). Toutefois, le forfait proposé >82€ est très supérieur au montant du plein d'essence 65€ en local. En conclusion, le coût de la location de voiture a quasiment doublé sur place. Hormis cela, la location s'est bien passée et je n'ai eu aucun souci sur le véhicule.

Aug 05,2024I booked in advance. Why do I need to fill my adress, emailadress et cetera again on a piece of paper when I collect the car? Why is it not allowed to go with the car on a ferryboat, it states only options for leaving the country when booking a car.

Aug 05,2024⚠️⚠️⚠️Agence à éviter absolument ⚠️ Nous avons reçu un véhicule ne correspondant absolument pas à la même catégorie, ni au descriptif de la facture. Nous n avons pas su mettre nos 2 valises soute dans le coffre et avons dû faire appel à un taxi pour les transporter jusqu’à notre logement. Il y avait un siège cassé à l arrière donc un enfant était assis sur un bout de ferraille. Le véhicule reçu était sale et contenait encore les papiers et mouchoirs des clients précédents. Le loueur AVIA, n a rien voulu entendre. Loueur et fournisseur se rejetaient la faute donc service client inexistant. Ils promettaient une solution, Nous avons voulu les rappeler 5 jours de suite mais personne ne répond au téléphone. De plus, le loueur AVIA a voulu nous faire payer 50€ de taxe afin de pouvoir prendre le ferry, nous avons refusé car je n avais lu ça nulle part. Nous avons pris le ferry a Zadar et a Dubrovnik et jamais cela ne nous a été demandé, donc ils se prennent 50€ sur le dos des clients peu renseignés 😤😤. Personnel exécrable 😤 Je dirais simplement fuyez ce loueur et surtout signalez le.

Aug 05,2024Avia Rent a Car, Pula Airport chose to rent us a car which was not fit for purpose. The clutch was failing and the car would not go into 1st gear at all. In spite of informing the company immediately that the car was dangerous to drive - given that every time we stopped at a roundabout or junction, the car failed to start and caused a backlog of traffic - we were told that the company would not collect/swap the car and that we had to bring this back to the airport - or pay 400€ as it had not actually completely broken down. This type of car, Skoda, had many reviews with the same clutch/gear problem. We were forced to bring the car back, with difficultly and the company did swap the car without a problem. No compensation or apology was offered for the car not working effectively and this did waste of a day of our holiday when this was the company's fault.

Aug 07,2024Quick check in, car was clean, and very easy return! Not the Ford Puma I rented, but more than suitable replacement (Fiat 500x). Would definitely rent from Avia again.
