Oct 05,2020My house purchase was a complicated one and Cerys was fantastic in reassuring me about the purchase. The whole process I could not fault and the solicitors and administration team were friendly, professional and always at hand to help throughout. Communication was excellent and the paperwork was user friendly. There was never a question I had that was unanswered, Cerys, Lisa and Andrea were very helpful and attentive. I liked being able to use The online case tracker as this helped keep me updated and in the loop. This team also helped me with a financial advisor, an independent surveyor and with the energy certificate. I would highly recommend Baker and Ashley to anyone who is purchasing/selling a property. The process was really straight forward and stress free even though it was during the COVID lockdown.

Oct 04,2020Firstly, we have to say that Sophie Strange is simply the BEST! She is super efficient, quick to respond to our queries and is ever so KIND, which we found so refreshing, having previously used a different conveyancer for a property that we were trying to purchase but fell through during the lockdown. We are first time buyers with little knowledge of conveyancing - Sophie has been so patient with us, went out of her way to alleviate my concerns and took the time to answer all of our queries in the most effective and timely manner. We also found their online system so useful in keeping us up to date on the status of the house purchase. We completed yesterday with Sophie’s help and really couldn’t recommend her highly enough! Sep 29,2020I used Baker Ashley for both my sale and purchase. I do feel that at the start of the process that there was a lack of communication regarding my purchase, however Delyth and her team were dealing with everything as best as they could under the 'hight' of Covid. Delyth was was fantastic and really pushed for everything to complete ontime she kept me informed at every stage of the process..... she even sent us a card for when we moved in to our new home! Baker Ashley are very reasonably priced for the service received and I would highly recommended them.

Sep 28,2020We started our move at the beginning of Lockdown so that was a challenge. However the team were really helpful, Delyth went over and above for us and we can't thank her enough. One thing I would of liked was a bit more communication or update on the app or system so when we called in the administrator knew where we were in the process. Thank you

Sep 26,2020Wonderful!! Being a first time buyer, everything was a bit confusing. But, Lisa was always there to answer our questions and put us at ease. The best part about the whole thing was the level of communication offered by Lisa and her team. Phone calls were always answered and the online system was easy to use and kept us all up to date. I would highly recommend.

Sep 15,2020I have just purchased my first home through Baker Ashley. I was very nervous and anxious about the entire process as it was something I had never done before on my own. My solicitor was Sophie Strange, who was absolutely wonderful. Sophie was patient with me. Gave me all the support and guidance throughout the entire journey. She explained each stage and what was necessary. The online portal is a dream. So easy to follow the transaction journey without having to pick up the phone to find out what is happening. I have now moved into my new home and with all my thanks, appreciation and gratitude to not only Sophie but the entire team at Baker Ashley. Thank you everyone. Living in Kent (South East) and Baker Ashley in Wales - the entire process from beginning to end was simple, easy and affective.

Sep 10,2020we have just sold and bought a new property with the help of Baker Ashley and all I can say is wow ! We were based in Yorkshire and these lovely folk in Wales but this did not slow down the process in fact the whole process started at the end of June and we moved into our new home on 27th august ! I think the secret is to staying contact with them and update daily where possible Lisa was smashing . Sep 04,2020Just completed on my house sale and purchase . Can’t praise this team enough. Victoria Campbell was my solicitor and was Both very professional and approachable ! Dinise and Amber were my first point of contact and were always very cheerful and friendly no matter when or why I had reason to contact the firm. Both girls have a very professional yet warm manner and must be highly commended for their continued support throughout my transactions. No matter from where you are buying or selling I would definitely recommend you give them a ring! Good old fashioned friendly service within our now high tech fast moving world !

Aug 28,2020Delyth conducted the conveyancing for me when purchasing my house. It was always a pleasure speaking with her on the phone and she dealt with me in a friendly and professional way. There was a complication in that there was a separate piece of leasehold land joined into the freehold title which took some time to resolve, however I'm glad it did so my conscience is clear. Delyth wasn't happy until this technicality was resolved so it really shows she knows her stuff. I would use Baker Ashley again and recommend anyone else to do so.

Aug 27,2020I couldn’t praise Sophie strange high enough. She was constantly on the ball, let me know exactly what was happening and made the whole process of buying my first home seamless. Working in mortgages and having been an adviser myself, I have seen some not so great services to say the least so the fact this was not overpriced and I got exactly what I needed , I would recommend baker Ashley in a heartbeat!
