The customer service from Leigh was fantastic. Even when the finance company’s computers were playing up, Leigh did everything to make sure I went home with the car on the day I was due to. Love my car, very happy 😃

Luke (Burdett) at Bells Motor Group Bedford was very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient from the outset. We did not feel pressurised in any way and found the experience of buying our new Kia Sportage a pleasure! He was extremely knowlegable, answered all of our questions fully, sorted out the paperwork and delivery in a timely fashion. He handed over our new vehicle also in a very professional manner and took time to thoroughly explain the features. We are pleased with our new car but also feel reassured that it we have an issue, we could return and have the matter dealt with.

Calm and welcoming atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. No rushing or high pressure sales tactics, an enjoyable experience and can definitely recommend. My sales exec was Luke who was always attentive and helpfully informative.
How a Company manages issues is the acid test. Sadly, my experience with Bells Volvo, Bedford has not been good. They did finally fix the inoperable cruise control after three visits. Despite obtaining the Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for known roof paint issues from Volvo, Poole, the Bells team were uninterested and refused to fix it. Having spoken to Volvo UK who confirmed it was a known issue and that retailers could claim for rectification works, the car was collected by Volvo, Poole who provided the customer care you would expect. They dropped off a courtesy car for the duration, and returned the car with the roof paint fixed. Volvo UK provided a payment for the inconvenience. I’m sure Bells can service cars but, they are clearly not keeping up to date with TSBs. Sadly, but unsurprisingly, I have not received any contact from Bells management as promised - this speaks volumes!

Bells Volvo customer service is excellent. Mark in the service team is extremely helpful and professional and makes the whole process from beginning to end seamless.
I have been dealing with Mark for many many years now. He is always calm and explains what is required and the cost very well and follows up on what he has promised.
We have just collected our new EV3 GTS in sparkling white. It is absolutely fabulous as was the service we experienced from Bells. Luke invited me to come for a full tutorial on the vehicle prior to collection to talk me through the cars many functions. From initially attending the launch event for this new model, placing an order, taking a test drive, through to collection, Luke was attentive and helpful in every way. Well done Bells!
