I never thought I would tell my friends "I have brought a Kia" but now is the time and I cannot sing their praises enough. From my first tentative steps into the Bells showroom in Bedford, service was attentive, advice balanced with all options being identified, consultants were completely professional and their "walking with me" through the buying process has been a pleasure as they have been real companions on the journey. The trade in on my old vehicle was very fair, the change of ownership was seamless, we had a delay in the new vehicle reaching site but I was kept informed and offered assistance if needed. The handover was excellent with one-to-one tuition (and assistance) in setting up and identifying the major features. My EV3 is excellent and I am spending many hours enjoying driving (and playing with the gadgets) in my new vehicle can only say I am very pleased and a convert to Kia
After many years of selecting and buying new cars i have to say that this was the easiest, hassle-free experience I have ever had. From first visit and test drive to collection of new car took 20 days. We were guided by the sales executive Luke on every step and were well pleased with outcome.
