Jul 15,2024Most cars these days are very similar, so, for us, Customer Service is massive when deciding where to go and what to get. After a huge downward turn in service at our previous Renault dealership we decided to look around at other makes and widen our net. We turned up to just have a look one afternoon and were greeted by Mitchell, he was helpful and showed us around and even arranged a test drive for us there and then. After taking a Sportage out for a drive we went back and placed an order. We dealt with Jack for this who is very professional, helpful, friendly and answered all of our questions. We knew collection date was a few months away but Jack kept us regularly updated on progress and we were never left 'wondering'. Today was collection day and everything was so easy and all ready for us, we were offered drinks whilst we completed the paperwork and once all that was done Jack spent a good while explaining the car to us and the Kia app and answered several 'what's that button for?' questions with a smile. The car is amazing, the service amazing and we're really happy with our choice.

I dealt with Gary Page as the primary salesman and also Ian Johnson who were both extremely helpful, accommodating and patient (as I had my 18 month old toddler with me) - couldn’t have asked for better service and am very happy with my new Kia Niro. Came to Bells Kia after visiting another Kia garage where I experienced a lot of sales chat and been made to feel my options were limited and confusing. From the moment I contacted Bells Kia, Gary made the whole process really simple and easy, he didn’t over sell anything, he was kind and helpful and made me feel relieved that I wasn’t facing the same ‘car salesman approach’ while purchasing my new vehicle. It was lovely to feel like a valued customer in a friendly environment. Will only be using Bells Motor Group from now on. Thank you so much Gary!

Jul 03,2024Hi, I have just purchased my fourth brand new car from Bells. I have been renewing my vehicle about every 3 years. I particularly like to drive the Kia Xceed, it fits all the categories for me I look for in a car. This time round I changed from a manual to automatic transmission, mainly from a comfort prospective. I get a 5 star experience with this company every time, and this latest visit was no exception. The whole sales and service team are attentive and helpful. In particular I must single out the salesman James Gibbs. I was more than satisfied with the deal we negotiated and the smooth process that followed. James made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was making the correct decision to pursue a new vehicle. Sometimes you experience a person who is prepared to go the extra mile and this was it. It’s so easy to find fault in this day and age but when you don’t it needs to be applauded. James you’re a credit to your company and I sure going forward you will be deservedly rewarded. Many thanks.
