I found a pre owned car, which was the exact model I wanted. Liam was very helpful at all stages of the sale but never crossed the line into "pushy" (which would have deterred me from buying).
I visited Bells Kia Northampton after visiting another Kia dealer (not Bells) and coming away very confused. The salesperson I spoke to, Jack Churcher, knew exactly what he was talking about regarding the Sportage specs etc. and immediately put me at ease. He was also very friendly, not pushy at all and offered me a great deal. Based on this, I ordered a new car there and then. The order process was straight forward and the new car arrived earlier than expected - if only all car dealers worked this way. Thank you Jack & Bells Kia Northampton, very highly recommended indeed.

I’ve needed my car to go back to Kia for an intermittent fault and they have gone above and beyond. Georgia, from the service department has been totally sympathetic and worked around my personal schedule to ensure I had a courtesy car at all times. She stayed in contact frequently, called me back promptly if necessary. I thought this type of service was a thing of the past! Recently purchased my first Volvo privately. Having never owned a Volvo before I was uncertain on different options available, models, how the interactive app works with the car etc. I also need a couple of maintenance jobs completed on it. I called the Bedford Volvo branch and spoke with Charley Walker and her customer service has been fantastic from start to finish. She has called me back when promised, been very efficient and helpful and even though I’ve asked so many questions, she’s not once made me feel like a burden! He was keen to chat about the car and about our purchase and made us feel really valued and he seemed genuinely interested in us.
