I had always used a different Kia garage but moved to Bedford last October and cannot fault them. Another brilliantly high level of service today and a follow up email from Georgia to check on customer satisfaction. Really pleased!

Luke was very knowledgeable, polite and extremely professional. Luke has sold several cars to my family and each time he was amazing. Friendly staff along with a clean & refreshing feeling. When shopping for our new vehicle we spoke to a gentleman who aided us the finest customer service anyone could ask for. Luke met all our expectations and more, he welcomed us with joy, engaged with our needs, listened to our questions and further more, helped us with our new EV. I would highly recommend this gentlemen when querying any vehicle/information within KIA. He clearly knows a lot about these vehicles & was so relaxed making us feel more then comfortable. May 29,2024Just had my car serviced by Bells Kia Bedford, faultless Customer Service from the very friendly and professional Georgia from start to finish, who made it easy to book my car in on a Saturday, kept me updated throughout the service of what was required and had the car ready before lunchtime. Also had a video sent to me of the car whilst it was being serviced to highlight any faults found and to show everything that was being checked that showed no action required. And to top it all off, the car was valeted when I went to pick it up. A great experience all round, and one very happy customer. Thank you
