There was a slight delay in the delivery of the car due to post Covid 19, however this was to be expected. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to many safe and comfortable journeys in my new Kia Sportage. Thanks to Gary.

Luke explained everything in the car really well and made me feel like I can approach him anytime if I have any issues. I'm not great with technical stuff but he patiently went through the control panel with me and I actually understood! Loving the kia sportage and would recommend to everyone

May 15,2024I made an enquiry online regarding a test drive for the new EX30, after a short while I received a phone call from Callum to arrange a test drive. Upon arrival of Volvo I felt the showroom was very bright clean and modern. When meeting Callum he was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the car and took onboard my needs and expectations. He went through some potential financing options without the pushy sales techniques. After a few days Callum gave me a call to touch base with my thoughts on the car and I loved it so much that I requested a second test drive. Again Callum was his very happy self and was delighted to have me back again and I felt just as welcome as the first time I visited. Even though i didn't end up buying a car from this dealership, i was really impressed by the salesmanship of Callum from start to finish and if I had not found a slightly better deal elsewhere, I would have happily bought from Callum and the team. Definitely recommend anyone to see Callum at Bella Motor Group Northampton.

May 11,2024Great customer service from start to finish. I recently bought an EV9 from Bells, Northampton and the team there could not have done more to help me during the process. Myself and my wife had the test drive of the car with Mitchell and he was very helpful and charming. We visited the showroom a few times to ask more questions and on one occasion we even took our dog to test the space in the back of the car and again the team there were so accommodating. A special mention to Jack who handled the purchase for us when we decided we wanted to go ahead. We changed our minds on the colour, again not a problem. Jack handled the finance for us too and this was a very seamless process. The delivery was very quick and we are really pleased with the car and the service we received throughout was excellent.
