I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Volvo Northampton, which has significantly tarnished my view of their customer service. I booked a £1250 service, including a Polestar Optimisation. Knowing my financial limits, I arranged to use Bumper payments, split over six months, to manage the cost comfortably. Despite a clear history of punctual repayments on similar plans, my Bumper application was inexplicably declined this time. This, however, was not the core issue. When I informed the service manager that I could only afford £600 at that moment, with a promise to pay the remaining £650 within three weeks, the response was both rigid and unsympathetic. The manager outright refused my proposal, insisting on full payment before releasing my vehicle. This demand was both unreasonable and impractical, especially considering my current financial strain and the necessity of my vehicle for daily family commitments, like driving my 5-year-old daughter to school. In a desperate bid to reduce the bill, I had to request the removal of the Polestar Optimisation, a service still under a trial period. Thankfully, Angela at the service desk handled this situation with the professionalism and urgency it required, adjusting my bill to an immediate payable amount of £590. This situation could have been handled with much more empathy and flexibility. It’s disheartening to see a reputable dealership cling rigidly to policies without regard for individual circumstances. A message for the management: please consider more compassionate solutions in the future. A little flexibility can go a long way in maintaining customer loyalty and respect. Today it was me, but tomorrow it could be any one of us facing a rigid 'no' that could have been a reasonable 'yes.' This is how you lose customers :D Recommendation: Management Training Refresher.

Just had the first service on our KIA Niro. Everything went smoothly. No hassle. And the car had been beautiful washed and vacuumed when we got it back. We always look for Georgia Cooper when we're at Bell's KIA. She and all the staff have always been on point. Thanks!

We booked Bellscars to take us to Southampton Docks for a cruise. They let us know the day before we were to travel that they would be there on time. Car turned up on time and also then picked us up after cruise was over, again letting us know the car was on its way and asking us where we were standing to be picked. Both drivers were very friendly and the service was superb and also much cheaper than other companies

Collected new XC40 from Bells. Service from Martin Peasland was excellent all questions were answered and he was very informative, this was a friendly and professional handover and would recommend dealing with Martin to others.

First purchased our daughters vehicle last year with Luke at Bells Kia Bedford. After looking at then sportage then decided to order a new vehicle through Luke at Bells. Great service from beginning to end. Really knowledgable staff at Bells. We had a very friendly and professional service. We were kept informed through the whole process. Picked up our new car 3rd May and great handover from Luke. Spent time going through all the cars many features. Really lovely vehicle so happy with it and fabulous service from Bells and Luke at Kia

Just brought a Kia sportage from bells Kia Northampton, James was so helpful and found us the perfect car. Before collecting, he made sure that it had a full service, new MOT, wash, wax and valeted inside and looks perfect on collection. James was very reassuring and I look forward to driving my new Kia for a long time to come

Good well informed helpful suggestions and advice, Aaron was a splendid ambassador for both Bells and Kia. Aaron is both knowledgeable and considerate, Bells showroom is comfortable and has a friendly ambiance. The Kia Niro EV, is a very good car more stable than the hybrid version due to a lower centre of gravity still very new to anyEV, but I feel that we will get along very well.

My wife and I went to a two different dealerships when we were considering buying a new car. The service we received from Luke at Bells Kia was exemplary, and far more helpful than the other dealership. That is why we ended up buying a Kia! Luke has been exceptionally professional throughout the process, and even made sure that additional equipment that had to be installed in the car after we bought it was installed to a proper and correct standard. If you go to Bells Kia, ask for Luke. Of the people I have dealt with at Bells Kia, he is by far the best.
