Luke was exceptional towards me and even when I brought my three children to look at the car I was after, he remained so calm and professional! Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable at every step of my journey whilst choosing the car that I wanted.

Apr 27,2024James has made purchasing a car the smoothest process I could imagine. He is extremely charismatic, helpful and kind, and did everything he could to assist us in getting our new Kia! We're in Scotland currently, so James did all negotiations and admin on our behalf, fielding all of our phone calls and questions long-distance. He checked in regularly, and made everything incredibly clear. He provided an excellent video of the car, with excellent attention to detail, so we could fully trust the car was in excellent condition. He made us more excited to get the car with his comments and was very personable. James told me hes only been there 8 months, and I couldnt believe it! He gives the seniors a run for their money. Apr 25,2024After many years using Bells Bedford to buy and service my Volvos, where I have received an excellent service. The sales staff keep rotating but Mark and Lesley have been there to look after me for servicing and after sales care. I feel guilty about deserting them and moving next door. . However, the good news is I have just bought my first Kia Sportage from Bells Bedford. I was given the usual Bells excellent service from Jinal for the vehicle selection and purchase. When I first walked into the showrrom Jinal came forward with a smile and offered to help. Working with him exploring the model and purchase options has been a calm and informative experience, he has been so patient and attentive. Thank you Jinal and well done, a 5* service. John
