Apr 14,2024Today’s 1 year service on my Kia was just so straightforward, we had a lovely warm welcome from Georgia Cooper, who had everything ready. I love the video health check to view and the fresh wash as well. I have been buying cars with kia for 10+ years and see no reason to do otherwise.

Apr 12,2024Visited the Bedford Bells branch to have a look at a 7 seater. A sales guy was sitting in the chair and was not at all welcoming. When we asked if we can see the interior of the car, his first response was reminding us of the cost of the car before even we could view the car. Reluctantly he got up and took the keys to unlock the car. Later we asked a few questions about the car and wanted to discuss further in detail. However he didn't seem interested and was busy making a coffee for himself from the coffee machine. Didn't even have the manners to offer us. We are still shopping around however should we wish to buy Kia, it will never be from the Bedford branch.

When we picked up the car he took us through all the instruments and controls making it a great experience. Followed up with a phone call a few days after purchase to check all was ok. Faultless!
