Very friendly, helpful and efficient service from Jack Churcher. We purchased a Kia Sportage and Jack kept us frequently updated whilst waiting for the delivery of our beautiful new car. Jack happily answered all our questions and was very informative - my husband loved the coffee at Bells Motor and was asking Jack questions about the coffee which Jack happily answered. Georgia Cooper is a great service advisor, explains thing very clearly and always provides updates during the day, to let me know how things are going. She is always very helpful in booking any follow up work that needs doing and making sure its done at a time that works for me. Great help, great service 10/10!
I’d been using another Kia dealer since buying my first Kia in 2010 but thought I’d try Bells (Bedford) for my current car’s second service. Immediately, it was a much better experience. There was no waiting to be served - as soon as I went through the door, I was greeted by both receptionists and helped by Georgia. Georgia was prepared with my information, went through everything that I needed to know, provided the appropriate forms for signature and took me to my courtesy car. She also talked me through the use of the car (I’d never driven a car without a regular gearstick or handbrake, so the help was appreciated). The courtesy car was amazing - actually a great advert, as I’m tempted to upgrade now! I received a call later that day to say the car was ready (I’d received an inspection video in the meantime), and I picked it up early the next morning - again from Georgia, who also talked me through everything that had been done. Overall, a great experience. Taking my car in used to be something that I dreaded (my previous Kia dealer had stopped providing me with a courtesy car in the past few years as I drive an automatic, but have a manual license, so I always needed to find alternative transport). I’ll definitely be using Bells from now on - they provided a great service overall, with a friendly atmosphere within the dealership and knowledge and experience both from the mechanic who provided the service/video update and Georgia on the service desk.

An annual service for my V60 which they were able to do while I waited. Mark Knight was my contact and he was very helpful as usual (I've been using Bells Volvo Bedford for several years).
Gary Page was superb trading in our old golf for a year old Kia. Everything was clearly explained and he responded promptly to our calls where we needed a couple of clarifications. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Kia.
Amazing service. Aaron was brilliant and led us through every stage of the process of buying our car. Before we drove away he made sure we were comfortable with all the functions of the car. The after service has been great too, checking we are okay with everything and making sure we are still happy with our purchase, which we very much are. Great value and support. I’ll be coming back for all MOTs and services too.
